The Church of England is overspending on HR and "politicised roles" such as diversity, social justice, LGBT and Net Zero officers at the expense of parishes, a report has warned.
Seventy of England’s acute hospital trusts are spending £8,220,783 a year on equity, diversity and inclusion officers, according to the Telegraph. Meanwhile, 7.2 million people are waiting to start treatment.
An NHS Trust has ordered interview panels to provide a written “justification” if they offer a job to a white applicant. Needless to say, they’re under no such obligation if they hire a non-white applicant.
