In the field of global health, the impression is given that there are many independent entities involved, but scratching the surface shows that some of these are hydra heads with the same body: the Gates Foundation.
While the WHO works in the spotlight, the pandemic industry has been growing for over a decade and its expansion accelerates unabated. Follow the money and you find no plans and no incentive for a return to normal.
The WHO's alarm over monkeypox turned out to be predictably misplaced, but there is now a whole global industry and bureaucracy dedicated to overhyping pandemic threats and rushing out vaccines.
It was inevitable that the WHO would up the pandemic ante regarding monkeypox, despite there being only five deaths and all of them in Africa, where the disease is endemic. But vaccines for children are on their way.

According to the Bookies, the favourite to win this year's Nobel Peace Prize is the WHO. John Tierney in City Journal has some more worthy recipients in mind: Anders Tegnell, Johan Giesecke, Jay Bhattacharya, Sunetra Gupta and Martin Kulldorff.
The WHO has declared the monkeypox outbreak to be a global health emergency, despite there being just 16,000 cases globally, 95% of which were sexually transmitted and 98% of which are in gay and bisexual men.
