In spite of the climate hysteria being pumped out across the airwaves 24/7, 2023 has not been a bad year for forest fires in Europe. As for Greece, local firefighters and officials say arsonists are to blame.

Dave Vetter, a Forbes journalist, has poured scorn on a recent Daily Sceptic piece about the decline in forest fires since the early 20th Century. Chris Morrison, the Daily Sceptic’s Environment Editor, responds.
