Anyone know if they are still asking for this?

I am seriously thinking of going to an amber country. As far as I can see the restrictions are gone:
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/568

But they are saying "Only travel if necessary, you shouldn't go on holiday." So I'm curious how that is being enforced.

The form and requirement has gone.
Its perfectly legal to travel now. "Advice" is irrelevant - the laws says you can.

Can confirm the UK exit form is gone.

But there is now a different testing requirement/ entry requirement for every country on the planet. So everyone at check in is jumping through different hoops depending on the destination. Airport staff the staff don't know all the rules either.

"Your going to Albania". Yes

"You don't need any tests???"
