I once bumped into Labours Real Father Christmas - Ron Dobson - outside Great Ormand St Hospital. I wanted to politely challenge the then Health Minister under TB for destroying the NHS through Private Finance Initiatives. But he had a small child in a parambulator with a feeding tube and I thought OK maybe not now . I occasionally reflect on that moment, that chance meeting, and think yeah you should have said something the child was ok
