I'm a 59-year-old Londoner summering in West Cork where it's currently like Italy (in a good way--hot and sunny) but, disappointingly, from today the government has made masks compulsory in all shops. So I'm avoiding shops. But who needs shops with this fabulous coast to enjoy. Get in touch if you'd like sceptical company for a walk, swim or sail round Roaringwater Bay, or just coffee...
Hello Elizabeth.
This is the first time I've used the forum. Underneath the writer's Username (top right) most posts have: "Contact" and a speech bubble with three dots in it that one can click on to reply with a personal message rather than a public one but yours does not have this so I take it you have disabled it?
It is some time since you posted your message but if you are still interested in communicating with a similar aged male please let me know, and if possible enable Personal Messaging as I would rather not put personal information on a public forum.
I hope you enjoyed the summer in Cork. Roaringwater Bay, what a great name. Are you preparing for another one, or perhaps you are already there?
