I have been asked this question multiple times. I must be slow, but it only just dawned on me that I have never been asked "Have you been vaccinated or had COVID already?"
What a surprise; maybe most people are wise. If not, you could tell them to mind their own business, or maybe a pejorative question, such as: why do you want to know, have you got the clap or something?
How about..
No. I am waiting for a safe vaccine that is the same type of vaccine as the annual flu shot.
The same type of vaccine that is used in almost all non western countries as a SAR2 vaccine.
The same type of vaccine that has be proved safe for almost 100 years.
The same type of vaccine as the ones you got as a kid.
Then if they are vaccinated..
Did you sign the clinical trials informed consent form?
Did you read it carefully? It should have been at least 3 or 4 pages long of dense text.
Did you know that the vaccine type you got has never been approved in the past for mass vaccination because it had so many side effects and provided so little protection?
Do you know these vaccines are associated with more deaths in the last year than all other vaccines in the previous 30 years?
And finally. The mortality rates from all causes in 2020 in all western countries was about average for the last 10 years. 2020 was a typical year, nothing out of the ordinary.
What pandemic? This is the first pandemic in history that pretty much only killed people who already had a very high probability of dying otherwise. That killed so few otherwise health people. Or those under 50.
Yes.
Im at no real risk from covid but i need to travel for personal and professional reasons.
If i hadn't do so i wouldnt be able to work or have fun.
I know of many people the same as me, it was purely to allow travel and nothing else.
The obvious answer is: yes, I have been vaccinated.
Luckily, a high proportion of the UK population have also made the wise decision. The result is a dramatic reduction in hospitalisations and deaths, as a proportion of the infection rate, in the UK.
