not a permit, merely another meaningless tickbox Travel Declaration formform you have to carry from Monday to show to any relevant persons. The law mentioned elsewhere is somewhat badly drafted but the exemptions on the form apply as do preaumably other relevant reasonable resaons
They are making you accustomed to seeking government permission for things which were formerly your rights. When you consider the administrative burden for traveling to other countries, they are also creating a demand for a personal digital ID which they can use to monitor and control you.
It is funny to see how they are extorting people into taking the vaccine(s) and accepting a digital ID to get their normal lives back. When you consider how they have destroyed the world economy, and introduced crippling additional measures into travel, people's old lives can never come back.
