Readers of ‘untrustworthy’ trans-sceptical news-sources like the Daily Sceptic will know all about cases like that of Darren Rigby, the transgender wannabe school-shooter jailed last month for making threats of mass-murder against Merseyside all-girls’ schools because their pupils had real vaginas and he didn’t. Similar alternative news sites like Spiked or Counter-Currents (for the latter of whom I wrote about Rigby myself) told readers the full truth about Darren’s crimes. Readers of ‘trusted’ domestic UK news sources like the BBC, however, will have been less well-informed, because the Beeb neglected to mention either Rigby’s self-proclaimed trans status or his motives for making such threats in the first place. Neither did any other mainstream news sources which went anywhere near the tale, like ITV, the Liverpool Echo or the Daily Mirror, deign to refer to this aspect of the affair. Guess which kind of news source the present UK Government would prefer you to have got your (dis)information about Rigby from?
Following public complaints about its deeply inaccurate – some may say deliberately dishonest – reporting, the BBC issued an apology for its actions. Unfortunately, its nature just made the situation even worse. On June 17th, the BBC News website’s original account was re-edited to admit that “This article was originally published without including key details”, due to a “miscommunication”. How severe would this “miscommunication” have to have been to leave out the main central issue of importance to the whole story? And

But the questions in that survey are rigged. ‘Do you want news that’s trustworthy?’ etc. Well, yes, of course. (Who wants news that can’t be trusted?) But to assent is to play into the Government’s hands. How can you trust a survey that obliges you to trust the Government to decide who is trustworthy?
And the Government rigs its survey in another way as well: once you have answered a section you can’t go back and edit your answers in the light of what you discover about the survey from later sections; once you have said you want the news to be ‘trustworthy’ (as the Government wants you to), that’s it: no second thoughts. It’s a survey of freely expressed opinion, just as we are coming to know it.
Just let Labour try. They will regret it. And they will lose 95% of their facebook zealots.
I’m still confused. Is Rigby a biological man that thinks it’s a woman or a biological woman who thinks it’s a man , this article is not very clear given it is critical of other media for the same reason
On X I just have it on people I follow and not the ‘for you’ setting so nothing from the legacy media comes through unless one of them shares it. I have a number of sites such as this that I go to for my news and information everyday which I cannot see changing. I do wonder if Nandy Pandy’s plan will backfire as people come to realise the lies being spun to them by the legacy media.
TousiTV is just relocating to Florida to escape Ofcom.
Civil War clicks closer. The guilty ones will not escape. Do you think they realise this? I think theyre too thick to notice. I pray that they gain the benefits of their wokeness.
