For me at least my posts were refused via a red flag stating:

‘Nonces are invalid.’

No idea what it means but the result is posts are not accepted. It has happened before but fortunately not for quite a while.

Hmm…strange language to use for a bug. Yes I remember now I got the same message once or twice. I found that logging off and then on again fixed it.

😄 Just another glitch in the DS matrix. Barely a week goes by without something or other. We’re under surveillance remember, therefore imo the prime suspects are the ever-watchful voyeuristic creeps, a.k.a the 77th Hamster Penis Brigade. Let’s await confirmation that they’re still reading my posts and check back later, eh?🤫🤭
Good afternoon to both of you chaps.🖖

Apparently that’s a ”yes”. Good article;

”A message from Captain Obvious: political “elites” with depopulation agendas have no interest in saving lives.  Instead, they pursue policies that either outright kill people or shorten their lives and discourage them from reproducing.
Sometimes members of the global ruling class whisper this uncomfortable truth out loud, as John Kerry did this summer when he euphemistically described the world’s population as “unsustainable.”
This is a dangerous game.  The only way a minuscule number of ruling families can dominate the planet is if the global population continues to believe that all these destructive policies are actually their idea.  As soon as that spell is broken and people wake up from their self-imposed slavery, then a season of pitchforks and pyres will end ruling class power forever.  It is absolutely imperative that the masses keep chanting about “climate change” and “transgenderism,” lest they break free from their chains and rid the world of their Machiavellian masters.
There’s a reason the Marxist globalists had been, until recently, slow-walking the peasants toward their new-world-order cages: they knew a great awakening among the populace would mean lights out for them.  Better to keep the people in the dark while they dig their own graves than to admit the “Great Reset” is real and start digging their own.”

Why the campaign against electric cars? Every battery fire is reported, but the far more common petrol car fires never. Your headline doesn’t mention it was a damaged detached battery.
I understand that all the net zero climate change loons want electric cars but that doesn’t mean sensible people should oppose them. After all, Hitler liked dogs.

I don’t overly know or care about battery fires, but there are plenty of reasons to be sceptical about electric cars. If someone wants to build them and build the infrastructure to support them and they find a free market for them then good luck to them, but that is absolutely not what is happening.

I guess because of the huge dirty unsustainable industry that lurks behind them and the move to foist electric cars on an unsuspecting public who think by buying them they are doing ‘the right thing’ in terms of the planet and ‘climate change’. Also, the false idea that a nationwide charging infrastructure could provide enough electricity to charge up EV owner’s demands which is largely fuelled by fossil fuels and which would never be able to function under wind and solar energy alone. It smacks of disingenuous ways in which to force the end of petrol/diesel cars and limit our freedoms. Clean and green they ain’t!

Why the campaign against electric cars?

There is absolutely nothing decent about electric cars as Aethelred has clearly pointed out. Secondly, most of us here thoroughly enjoy reading about eco loon mishaps, lies and disasters – they cheer us up.

I’m not quite sure why your question got so many down votes.

Yes, the headline didn’t mention it was a suspected damaged battery – it’s the nature of headlines to be brief and draw the user into reading the substance of the article. The headline was written by the SMH, not DS.
Car battery fires are infrequent but are different to petrol/diesel fires and more difficult to manage. Petrol/diesel fires can be smothered to exclude oxygen and extinguished. Battery fires just have to be contained until the stored energy has dissipated. Family transport vehicles typically need to have enough energy on board to hurl the two tonne machine and it’s contents up to 70mph and maintain that speed for 400miles.

As you put it the ‘net zero climate change loons’ do want ICE cars replaced with battery cars. I believe most here think the technology for storing energy for electric cars is immature and has a number of other drawbacks (other than uncontrolled energy release). Certainly the Nobel prize-winning inventor was still working on improving battery storage chemistry right up to the end of his life. One could say he didn’t think it was good enough.

It seems clear to me that the pressure to sell more EVS has resulted in extreme rises in costs for ICE cars. An entry-level Vauxhall Corsa now costs £20k. Crazy money.

DS helps us to find these anecdotes which help us to carry the argument to those who are less than completely convinced by the climate change loons.

Thanks for asking the question so I could chip in my 2p worth.

I found that video on the end hard to watch to be honest. Sober reminder that these people are a danger to us.

If you did get vaccinated even though you knew better, repentance must begin by accepting that you made it harder for everybody else to resist.

Good to see some questioning of the government´s criminal Ukraine policy at long last.
They tried to frame it as an unprovoked Russian attack.
What was unprovoked was our attack on the Ukraine in 2014 – and particularly the continuing of the Cold War in aggressive, vicious policies towards Russia ever since The Wall came down in 1989.

I’m not sure the Trade Unions are questioning the war as such…although I agree we should..it’s more the shutting down of the space to be able to debate…which is 100% true.

It’s the same argument used with everything..if you don’t agree with us, you’re against us..and obviously wrong….!

This is brilliant..and so true..it’s the ‘shame’ you to agree they do with every subject now….

“‘The unvaccinated are the problem…’” Looking at this little montage it occurs to me just how near we were to internment camps and/or forced vaccinations. The language these people used, probably still use, was utterly loathsome. I imagine they are all still spouting their poisonous evidence-less claptrap. These people are the ones who would enable the globalists to take control, after all, they work for them! In my opinion, they are cowards, every man-jack of them. Cowardly, spineless automatons. We must call them out wherever and whenever we can. And they have the gall to be angry! I’m angry at how they enabled so many people to die and to continue to die. The footsoldiers of Gates and Schwab etc. Ugly people with ugly minds.

This is an interesting read..its the latest booster jab approval in Canada…
it’s so poor a study, in fact it isn’t even a study in my opinion….I’m gobsmacked.…..

No placebo group, of course, and past safety and effectiveness inferred from previous studies…(LOL!)??

”In addition, the safety and effectiveness of Spikevax XBB.1.5 for individuals 6 months of age and older is inferred from studies of a primary series and booster dose of Spikevax Bivalent (Original/Omicron BA.1)”

is this really good enough evidence for babies and children??

The vaccine was tested on 50 people ( the other 51 got what they call an investigational bivalent vaccine!!??)

They were monitored 21 days

The control group got a different vaccine instead of no vaccine, ie meaningless.

https://covid-vaccine.canada.ca/info/RDS1694116967823-spikevax-xbb-1-5-en.html

Demented!!

https://thejewishvoice.com/2023/09/bivalent-booster-protection-against-hospitalization-drops-to-near-zero-cdc-data/

By Zachary Stieber(Epoch Times)
Protection against hospitalization from bivalent COVID-19 vaccines quickly dropped over time, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data presented on Sept. 12.

This is a fairly short article and worth a read…..
… the fact that they are still defending this patently useless vaccine makes my blood boil…. especially given the known evidence of deaths and harms caused by the very same thing….

Whenever they talk about ‘protection’ I’m assuming they mean that the gene therapy caused an anti-body response….?
…is anyone doing studies on whether the constant jabbing and manually eliciting only antibodies, again, and again and again (7 times) is good for you?  is there a down-side eventually?

What is doubly aggravating is that no matter what the piss-poor evidence of efficacy, is they still always come to the same ridiculous unscientific conclusions…..

“The effectiveness estimates showed waning, the CDC’s Dr. Ruth Link-Gelles said, but should be interpreted as finding an “incremental benefit” in a population “with a high prevalence of infection-induced immunity.” She also said pointed to low bivalent uptake among younger adults and that confidence intervals were wide for some of the estimates.
“The vast majority of persons of all ages have had COVID infection but having an updated COVID vaccine provides additional protection,” Dr. Sarah Long, a CDC adviser, said after hearing the presentation.”

…to translate…it doesn’t matter that it’s useless and even dangerous, or that they lied about efficacy or safety,
… we’re still getting lots of Pharma money so we will just keep approving it…!
