According to a letter signed by 100 Labour MPs and peers, weapons manufacturers should be reclassified by regulators and financial institutions as “ethical”. The letter, drafted by MP for Aldershot, Farnborough, Blackwater, Hawley & Yateley, Alex Baker, argues that this reclassification will encourage investment and drive the production of missiles to help support Ukraine’s resistance to Russia’s invasion. This remarkable intervention reveals a great deal about the convergence of the green and security policy agendas but also sheds light on the abolition of thought and fact from Westminster.
“We must rethink ESG mechanisms that often wrongly exclude all defence investment as ‘unethical’,” explains Baker’s letter. “There can be no more ethical investment than giving the Ukrainian people every ounce of support that can be mustered by their allies.” According to this claim, ESG – Environmental, Social and Governance – rules have held investment back. The problem for Baker is that this isn’t true – there is no evidence of investors’ reluctance to invest in defence companies. I asked Google for the share prices of the largest defence companies based in or active in the UK. All of them are booming.

It is not hesitancy. It is a personal choice.
Always a personal choice, and in the circumstances (experimental technology, emergency licence, lack of clear information about benefits and risks, no long term safety trials, general context of government lies, hysteria, politicisation of science, suppression of information about alternative treatments, overt attempts at coercion) then anyone not exercising that personal choice in the negative has got to have some pretty good reasons, or just be a mug.
The BBC article about The Offspring sacking their drummer because he wasn’t getting ‘vaccine’ described him as latest musician to be ‘vaccine hesitant’. He was told by his doctor, who presumably was familiar with his medical history, that due to preexisting conditions it was too dangerous. We are now at the point where someone having proper informed consent conversation with a medical professional is criticised for taking their advice!
They are all mugs, as there can be no valid reason for joining the lemmings, as they hurtle towards the cliff edge.
Pretty much sums it up.
If it was a tried and properly tested vaccine for a genuinely dangerous disease I wouldn’t hesitate. But it isn’t and it isn’t.
It’s more than personal choice, it’s also wisdom.
It’s not vaccine hesitancy (the Blairist-Globalists invented that term). It’s vaccine knowledge.

With you entirely. Most of us aren’t ‘hesitant’. We’re entirely adamant we’re not gullible arseholes.
Maybe we can start talking about “vaccine” collaboration?
“Covid Vaccine Hesitancy“?
I’d be very surprised if “hesitancy” isn’t a term coined by the regime behavioural manipulators to make vaccine resisters look weak.
Covid “vaccine” resisters
To make them look weak and to suggest they will soon change their minds. A group of journalists ought to be aware of the importance and power of language, and avoid using the language of the enemy.
The trouble is, I don’t think they see them as the enemy.
As I noted before, Toby is a lockdown sceptic, not a vaccine sceptic, and that probably also applies (I don’t know the particulars) to the people he has recruited.
Perhaps Toby et al will one day, wake and smell the coffee, even if it is too late to save themselves, but better late than never.
If you think the primary issue today is “reducing infections”, and using using big government coercion to do it, then I think it’s clear which of us is the fool (and it ain’t me).

Before the vaccines came along, I was willing to believe they could be of help, while not being a prerequisite for exiting lockdown. Everything I have seen since has pushed me further and further into the camp of opposing the whole program and wanting it shut down. It baffles me that anyone sceptical doesn’t see that.
Likewise.
Likewise too..

Here’s an extract:
“Many women across the world after receiving CoViD vaccines are complaining of irregularities in their menstrual bleeding; some experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), some bleeding before their periods were due or bleeding frequently (metrorrhagia/polymenorrhea), whereas some are complaining of postmenopausal bleeding.”
https://www.publichealthscotland.scot/our-areas-of-work/covid-19/covid-19-vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine-delivery-and-workforce-information/reports-of-menstrual-disorders-and-unexpected-vaginal-bleeding/
I thank God my daughters and wife have decided not to be jabbed
One down out of four for me.
We were a bit disappointed when the mother in law capitulated as she’s been completely against the whole madness from the start and still is. I think she did it to stop the doctors phoning her. She really wasn’t bothered about covid one way or the other. Sister in law is still holding out. And a very few friends. Nice to have a bit of support.
There’s nothing like sticking to your principles and I really hope your mother in law doesn’t regret not sticking to hers.
I think she’s OK. She’ll not be getting a Green Pass or anything like that.
As it says in your second link:
The number of reports of menstrual disorders and vaginal bleeding is low in relation to both the number of females who have received COVID-19 vaccines to date and the background rate of menstrual disorders generally. The current evidence does not suggest an increased risk of either menstrual disorders or unexpected vaginal bleeding following vaccination with the vaccines reviewed (Pfizer/BioNTech, COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca or COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna).
My emphasis.
Well it does come from the MHRA who want everybody jabbed.
Why did you supply the link if you don’t trust the source?
And why do you think the MHRA wants everybody jabbed?
“They would say that wouldn;t they?”
This is because the background rate of menstrual disorders is pretty high – however what is emphasised to women as being important is a CHANGE in these conditions. If a woman has regular periods, has a jab then suddenly experiences heavy bleeding then she is going to know that this is unusual for her.
Like if an older guy was suddenly impotent after the jab, then he would suspect a connection. But if could easily get brushed off as being common anyway.
It does say no increased risk of unexpected vaginal bleeding.
I think you’re overestimating what health professionals would call “unexpected”. The only real red flag is bleeding after menopause – that might get you seen by a consultant, especially if you had other signs of potential cancer.
Any other women reporting odd bleeding…the response is just like “And? What do you expect?” And the first line treatment is usually hormonal contraception.
Even for women experiencing the most extreme form of bleeding – miscarriage. There is not even an attempt by the NHS to find a potential cause until they’ve been through it three times.
Sceptics who are sceptical of the vaccines, hmmm.
> the camp of opposing the whole program
it will not be shut down, due to you.
Name some countries where that has worked.
I expect you will try to name a few, and for each one I can name you other countries that used different/no measures and had the same outcomes.
Your side’s mad approach is the unorthodox one. Up to you to prove that spending trillions fighting a dangerous cold, stopping the world and vaccinating the invulnerable were good ideas.

Not sure how falling rates of “vaccine hesitancy” can somehow be conflated with objective views of the efficacy or otherwise of this stuff. It certainly shows that threats and bullying, of the sort which would usually bring the Law down on you, are working.

Yes.
The questions then are:
Do you want to reduce mingling in everyone, or just the most vulnerable? Now, that’s not a simple argument, but it must be considered. Sure, one potential outcome might be that no-one should mingle, but it isn’t absolutely true as implied by your statement; only a foolish person would consider that the only social bio-control measure available for use is for there to be no mingling by anyone.
How many medicines are there that we can use? In a medical emergency there should be extensive trials and testing of all sorts of potential medicines and other treatments. Even where the benefit is small it might still be useful, depending on side effects — for example, the PHE study into vitamin D came to the conclusion that it might be of some benefit, yet there still is no recommendation for everyone to take 1,000 to 2,000 IU vitamin D daily to fight covid, even though there would be no negative health implications. How many additional people became seriously ill or died last winter because of the continued refusal to strongly recommend vitamin D. Only a foolish person would consider that the only medical solution is universal vaccination, particularly when evidence suggests that the vaccines offer only very limited benefits re. infection and onwards transmission.
the two things we can assume work are to reduce mingling and to take vaccine. the other things should be tested.
(sigh) these scientists, who I understand are not implicated in the “vaccine” coercion, have done some work on the subject.
orthomolecular.org/resources/omns/v16n04.shtml
Also, Norway and Finland as above. To borrow a phrase, answer the question.
For me at least, the evidence from Finland (adds vitamin D to basic foods) and Norway (consumes huge amounts of salmon and mackerel) would appear fairly conclusive.
I say, did you by any chance used to post as “Fon”?
Methinks the fool is you if you do not understand the inter relationship between your immune system – antibodies/T cells/Leucocytes/Lymphocytes – healthy diet with requisite vitamin uptake – and freely circulating viruses and bacteria; as I understand the eminent Epidimiologists/Vaccinologists not on SAGE, the natural pattern of viruses with lower lethality – which if higher would require medication and then hospital treatment – is to become more transmissible and less infectiousness over relatively short period of time. Reducing mingling – come on you clearly mean lockdowns – has the opposite effect because the virus incubates more willingly within the host – or have I got that wrong?
Naturally I may have misjudged your meaning when you refer to medicine – you are referring to the preventative treatments as used by Peter McCullough and his peers, are you not?
you are the enemy.

I’ve always considered coercion to be a pretty hostile act…
Shouldn’t they be given a cooling off period if they change their mind? And full possession of the facts (seemingly rather difficult now)?
” ‘vaccine’ resisters” – perfect. And “vaccine” collaborators on the other side. Vive la resistance.
Doesn’t seem to be feeding into the numbers of people getting vaccinated though.
Graph of the numbers vaccinated is definitely plateauing.
With about 20% of the population under 18, looks like there is a hard core of 10-15% resisting the pressure to get vaccinated. Quite a sizeable number of people.
Good, long may it continue, a good amount to be the control group over the winter months.
Yes excellent point.
Just talking to a neighbour who has come down with a prolonged attack of vertigo. I didn’t have the heart to ask when she was vaxxed.
The more the better, but 10-15% will be more than enough to get ‘the job’ done when the times comes, and it will be coming soon.
Ooohh… I attracted a downtick… for posting the government’s own data!
Good evening 77th Brigade!
I’d guess that was “lordsnooty” – seemed to be a few downticks as he arrived.
I guess so.
Imagine being hired into the British Army to counter dangerous disinformation from our enemies, only to find after recruitment that the dangerous disinformation you are being asked to counter is official data from your own government being quoted by law-abiding British citizens!
You’d have thought you might start to questioning what exactly you were doing with your life at that point…
British Army.. those f*ckers couldn’t punch there way out of a wet paper bag, let alone ‘defend’ the country against a battle hardened enemy. Limp wrists and then some..
In fairness I have in the past worked with one or two of their number involved in military intelligence and they are good people. Just perhaps not always pointed in the correct direction by their leadership.
Lord snooty hasn’t got a life. It’s a fat little cartoon figure from, I think, The Beano.
Maybe – but note that this is the rate of vax shots and is equal to about 2% per week. If most of these are in the young groups it would be a much bigger percentage of them.
Indeed, the anti-vaxxers have abjectly failed to prevent the vast majority of people getting protection.
I think you’ll find that these ‘vaccines’ give no protection at all, apart from the profits the pharmaceutical companies are racking up.
Ask the Israelis and Icelanders how their ‘protection’ is going!
‘Protection racket’ is what this is all about.
Here is the graph of daily new COVID infections for Iceland, a country where more than 90% of adults are fully vaccinated.
Not much protection from the vaccine there, lordsnooty.
This should be about 400 / 1,000,000. Considering the population of Iceland, this amounts to 143 confirmed infections per day or 0.04% of the population.
That’s a non-event.
The spike of cases AFTER the vaccination programme was bigger than either of the spikes BEFORE the programme.
That is not a non-event. It’s a disaster for the narrative that the vaccines a) are the route out of the pandemic and b) justify their use in a passport scheme.
Of course in actual health terms it is a non-event – almost no-one is being hospitalised or killed by COVID there now. But in terms of the government narrative, it’s devastating.
Indeed, it’s much the same per capita level as the we’ve seen in the UK over the last couple of weeks.

Covid “vaccine” coercion rates rise
Ah yes, they’re “protected”!.
One wonders if they are any more effective than all those pointless and damaging NPI’s.
Protection… ha ha ha… we’re talking about an alleged virus… not a quick bonk in the back seat you Richard..
If the government has managed to protect the vast majority of people, why is it persecuting the unvaccinated? Likewise, why doesn’t it make vaccination mandatory if it wants vaccination and not persecution?
It may once they are licensed.
I’m not so sure about that. In the UK, voluntary vaccine uptake is high. Consequently, there seems to be little reason why any form of coercion would make much sense here. Further, I don’t see a reason why vaccine uptake would need to be forcibly encouraged specifically for pub- and nightclubgoers.
Considering the tendency of policy decisions since 2020, I think it’s entirely conceivable that this digitial ID/ vaxxpass scheme is really just intended to make life more difficult (and expensive) for people who either frequent such locations or run them.
Mandatory ID scanning at the door is a license condition local authorities already employ to put some pressure on venues they don’t particularly like.
“Further, I don’t see a reason why vaccine uptake would need to be forcibly encouraged specifically for pub- and nightclubgoers.”
The PM and others are drunk on power? They want to eliminate the control group?
Considering measures in other countries, eg, Cyprus and France, or what was recently leaked as planned for Germany (basically, prohibit people who are neither vaccinated nor recently tested from entering closed rooms except their own home) these are very lax restriction and they’ll certainly miss a huge number of people.

Yes.. because this site along with the ONS is pushing propaganda..
A few weeks ago I noticed they’d put up road signs directing people to a vaccination centre close to where I live. Proper metal signs that look permanent rather than temporary, they are yellow and AA badged.
Worried my daughter is going to come under pressure when she returns to school.
I’m going down to a London football stadium tomorrow (not connected to football, btw) and discover they are holding a “Gunner get jabbed” event from 7th to 10th August. Over 16s only. Book online to avoid disappointment. The Gunnersaurus (Barney the Dinosaur type club mascot) even had his apparently. I will try to avert my eyes.
Paint over them and write something amusing on them instead?
If the official figures are to be believed, it appears the US is on around 50% with both injections, and there have been claims that covid “vaccine” resistance is hardening around that figure – unsurprising since a lot of information has come out in the US about the risks of the “vaccines”.
I suspect the high percentages in the UK is in part because they pushed it out quickly before the news of the dangers could become widespread – so much for “informed consent”.
I would be very careful interpreting anything coming from the UK government.. there was a reason this country gained the name ‘perfidious albion’… treachery was high on the list..
Not going to argue – and I’m a patriot and a nationalist.
There is a french quatation using the phrase :
England, oh perfidious England,
Shielded against the Romans by her ocean ramparts,
Now receives the true faith.
Thank god for the English Channel. The phrase relates to our propensity to serve our own interests above the interests of France or Europe. It clarifies our choice to do Brexit, and our choice to leave the Roman Catholic church and our fondness for the economics of Adam Smith. In some ways it explains the global prevalence of anglo-saxon economics. It means putiing up two fingers with impunity, as Boris and Gove are Putting up two fingers to the sceptics.
Mentioning the PM and Gove in the same sentence as Adam Smith, the English Channel and our leaving the Roman Catholic Church, and Brexit, is offensive. The other things you mention are noble or at least took courage. The PM and Gove are selfish cowards.
Selfish lying cowards who kowtow to the woke, wink at ongoing illegal mass immigration, worship at the altar of the collectivist NHS, and when faced with a fairly routine respiratory pandemic, panicked, threw out the established wisdom and planning, and imposed the most radical, totalitarian, Chinese-style big government coercive measures in history, funded by the magic money forest

“Evening all, welcome to this week. A week in which a bunch of loser jihadists slaughtered 132 innocents in Paris to prove the future belongs to them, rather than a civilisation like France.

Liberté, égalité, fraternité and crème Brulee.
“Versus what? Beheadings, crucifixions, amputations, slavery, mass murder, medieval squalor and a death cult barbarity that would shame the Middle Ages.
“Well, IS or Daesh or ISIS or ISIL or whatever name you are going by, I’m sticking with IS – as in Islamist Scumbags. I think the outcome is pretty clear to everyone but you. You will lose. In a thousand years time, Paris, that glorious city of lights, will still be shining bright as will every other city like it. She’s also a messy, not that you could tell from her daily posts on the gram.
In short: mankind is f*cked anyway.
There’s plenty of decent kids mate
Terminator 2 had it right.
There are probably quite a few who are hesitant to admit they are hesitant.
Yes. Shy sceptics, just as there were shy Tories and shy Brexiteers in previous opinion polls.
In the current climate would you want to admit to a stranger that you weren’t going to take the vaccine and were therefore a granny killer?
“would you want to admit to a stranger that you weren’t going to take the vaccine and were therefore a granny killer?“
Erm…yes?
Granted I’m not particularly normie these days. You’re probably correct about there being a lot of shy resisters.
If asked directly I don’t hide my views
Equally I don’t always push them actively because I would have even fewer friends and acquaintances than I do now
I have to be careful at work as I’m one of the bosses and I can’t berate the staff, much as I would sometimes like to.
fewer and fewer every day
yes, Covid “vaccine” coercion is increasing, after all. I still think that millions won’t take it even once though, and certainly millions who won’t take it twice.
FIGHT. BACK. BETTER. New updated website with useful information and links: https://www.LCAHub.org/
I’m increasingly hesitant about believing ONS data, at least re Covid, where the Government is directing its output.
Sly News?
Yeah, whatever
It will be interesting to see how this judicial review proceeds:-

The letter before claim is well drafted:-

They have chosen the right issue (under 18s), but clearly the issues which will be raised before the Court will have wider applicability.
The Court will have to consider issues such as transmissibility, vaccine side effects etc. and the associated expert evidence.
Don’t necessarily hold your breath on the first instance decision in the High Court, but the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court are not to be trifled with (note the government’s previous run-ins with them) and, at the very least, all of the issues will need to be aired in public. It is more difficult to deny that there is a problem if it is set out in detail in a Court judgment.
This is not a solution, but is an element of positive news.
This is very positive, since the applicants have put in issue the existence of an emergency sufficient to justify temporary authorisation of the “vaccines”. If they succeed on this point the cabal is in deep, deep trouble.
Fantasy statistics for fantasy scenarios. Laughable.
( Yet another ) horrible article at The Guardrail insinuating and manipulating and pushing the idea that pregnant women absolutely should get vaxxed. Horrifying absence of care or caution. It’s quite scary/terrifying how set they are on getting everybody vaxxed. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/aug/09/worrying-numbers-of-pregnant-women-in-intensive-care-with-covid
So why link to it.
Because I almost can’t believe how appalling it is, and almost need to share it, like telling someone about an assault, with evidence, details. Seeking the comfort of someone else/others agreeing with me about the enormity of it …. because otherwise it’s just there in a mainstream newspaper supposedly respectable fit for family viewing/consumption by the general public.
I rejoice at your unhappiness
Yes, but snooty, in all fairness, it’s unlikely Amtrup will care about what you think, you being very obviously, based on your posts here, let’s face it ….. not the sharpest tool in the box.
I rejoice at your grumpiness and stress. It warms the very cockles of my heart to see you acting like this.Tomorrow there will be even fewer anti-vaxxers left. Fewer and fewer each day, Since Covid Vaccine Hesitancy Rates Among Young Brits Continue to Fall, According to ONS Data.
I suppose you have to find your pleasures where you can.
“Covid “vaccine” coercion increases.
Is it not wonderful that we live in a country where you can still express opinions – just about.
As the standard bearer for these gene therapy injections, perhaps you would wish to comment, refute, deny ( careful ), take an opposing view based on superior medical knowledge and experience, out yourself as an anti “anti….” ( your description ) by watching this:
https://rumble.com/vkopys-a-pathologist-summary-of-what-these-jabs-do-to-the-brain-and-other-organs.html
I look forward to your line by line, detailed rebuttal of this gentleman’s clinical experience which leads him to conclude vaccines they are not; please put the talking heads video with slides on YT or similar.
How’s the hesitancy rates now…still rising? How many boosters will you accept, after watching this clinical pathologist dissect the effects of the injected spike protein on human tissue, you know the medicine that is intended to combat a respiratory virus that infects your respiratory tract by kickstarting your DNA to produce the spike protein – the killer element as I am sure you will know realise – throughout your organs and in every chromosome as autopsies in Europe and the US have found and US micro biologists have discovered respectively.
Doesn’t that make you think?
Your unhappiness warms the very cockles of my heart.
strange thing to say…
Signs of improving resistance organisation? Couple of vids of ex-military at today’s demo:

(You’ll probably have to sign up to the Telegram group, or at least get Telegram, to view them.)
I think we have moved beyond ‘lockdowns’. Its now about campaigns to put great pyschological pressure on people, especially young people to get injected with an emergency use ‘leaky’ substance that can do harm and does not provide immunity or stop transmission. Coupled with this is the ever-increasing direct and indirect pressure to use the vaccine/health pass to allow people to lead normal lives as we knew them 2019.
It appears to me that this website shows lukewarm at best scepticism towards the vaccines and none at all towards the introduction of the passes.
The passes are the ultimate aim of this particular campaign by the forces at work behind our ‘elected’ officials. They clearly want to introduce global ( or at least weatern world) botech IDs. Which presumably will be developed to include every aspect of our lives and mirror the Chinese social credit system.
I am not discounting the tech incorporated into the vaccines which may allow very intrusive effects from boosters inclusing targetted effects on ovaries etc. But we have enough infringements without overreaching our concerns.
Having read most posts on this site BTL for months it would seem to me to be absolutely necessary for the owner of this site to ‘come clean’. Does he support the government position of vaccines and the passes or does he as violently oppose them as he apparently did to lockdowns?
Our continued support and involvement with this site now needs a unequivocable answer.
> Our continued support and involvement with this site
you are most welcome to adopt another site. Since the vi anti-vaxxers have utterly failed to stop the widespread vaccination of Britons. We have minimised their reach, anf scuppered their ideas. Everyday there are fewer and fewer hold outs to spread fear and lies.
After all, Covid “vaccine” coercion is increasing! Thibk none of them will have regrets? I seem to remember the BBC was obsessed for a while with finding “Regrexiters” (people who regretted voting for “Brexit” i.e. UK independence from the Brussels and Strasbourg and Luxembourg regime).
Toby, I think, violently opposes vaccine passes and other totalitarian bullshit, just as he has opposed lockdowns on similar civil-libertarian grounds, but likely supports the vacciens themselves. A position I agree with, but I’m not having any jabs until the passport plots have been scrapped, it’s not that I disagree with the vaccines, I support them, but getting them while passport plots are afoot would look like submission. He still follows the cockup/cockup-then-coverup narrative rather than that of a planend conspiracy, I for one am becoming less certain whehter the cockup-then-coverup narrative holds now that the virus is gone yet the tyranny keeps ramping up.
Refusing or delaying your jab? Tell your doctor, whether you ever will get one/two or not, that you’re “refusing vaccination until the passport plans are scrapped”. Medics seem to care about getting vaccination rates up, if they see people refusing the vax citing concerns about ID cards then maybe the medics will turn anti-passport too as a way to try to get vaccine uptake up. And if we get medics on our side against passes, the government will have a hard time shouting down the folk it has painted as “heroes”.
When the 747 we were due to fly on developed engine problem before take off, the discussion of the likely cause of the malfunction or the risk was not widespread among the passengers : fear prevailed. Non of us had the faintest idea of how the engine works,we weren’t engineers but knew we wanted a new one. When SARS-Co-2 emerged (badged in a catchy manner as Covid19) however we became opinionated, not only did we want to get rid of it but suddenly journalists, politicians, car mechanics who deal with engines etc become experts on the function of niche science and had opinions based on data they had never seen .
When vaccination is shown not to stop infection or transmission, children are shown to not die, less developed countries with poor health services do not see Armageddon as predicted does not occur we we will the see increasing resistance to diktat in society but it will be slow as in the 1930’s
Are you going to have a “top up “ vaccine and or a contemporary Flu vaccination? Show me the data which shows that this experiment has ever been performed. We are walking into being forced into a human experiment to have a coffee.
“Vaccine Hesitancy” A.K.A. “Common Sense”.
Wow…how easy it is to nudge/coerce/threat and hypnotise society into doing exactly what you want them to do…especially the younger ones.
‘Choice’ with no critical thinking or due diligence?
Everyone is hurrying down to Brentford Nylons this Bank Holiday Weekend.
Don’t miss out on the bargain of a lifetime.

Go to work on an unviable genetically modified egg.
Strange that all my kids and all their friends are in that 5%
Has anyone made a calculation based on previous experience of ADE/PIE of what %age of vaccinated people might be left by the end of next coronavirus season in March 2022?
