Welcome to Ireland’s new normal, where Dublin’s streets resemble war zones as the country’s migrant crisis fuels machete attacks, riot police and drug-fuelled brawls. The Mail has more.
Ireland has exploded into a wave of violence as anti-migrant anger is at an all time high – after the number of people applying to come into the country rocketed by nearly 300% in five years.
Shocking new videos show Dublin descending into chaos – with fighting thugs throwing themselves into busses, knife fights on their streets and mass brawls sparking in residential roads.
In others, men patrol the capital to keep the city ‘safe’ while police can be seen using riot shields and pepper spray as they crack down on protests.
A large group of men patrolling the roads to keep the city ‘safe’
As many as 150,000 people moved to Ireland in 2023-24, Central Statistics Office (CSO) figures revealed, the highest number in 17 years – with many of them accommodated in poor areas of Central Dublin or small provincial towns. Only 30,000 of these were returning Irish citizens.
There are now nearly 33,000 international protection applicants being housed across the nation, up from 7,244 in 2017. Alongside arrivals from Africa and the Middle East, 100,000 refugees flocked to the country following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Each costs the nation nearly £70 a day, a figure that has increased by a third in two years. At the end of last year the Irish Refugee Council revealed there were a record 3,001 asylum seekers homeless in Ireland. …
Once sleepy towns are now homes to hundreds of asylum seekers while tent cities have been set up along Dublin’s Grand Canal.
And with far-Right sentiment at fever pitch the country is on a knife edge – with even Ireland’s Left-wing politicians admitting that the influx of migrants was driving a spike in homelessness. …
Last year… anti-immigration protesters sparked chaos across Dublin, throwing petrol bombs, torching cars and setting fire to a paint factory that was due to host 550 asylum seekers. …
Ireland was left reeling after as many as 500 thugs launched an anti-migrant rampage, gathering close to some of the city’s most iconic locations with some waving flags and brandishing signs reading “Irish Lives Matter”.
Some of the rioters started a fire on the ground floor of a Holiday Inn Express following rumours that migrants were staying there. Others reportedly petrol-bombed a nearby refugee centre…
The anger against migrants can also be seen at local communities across Ireland.
In Newtown Mount Kennedy, a small town in Co. Wicklow, to the south of Dublin, a former convent has been turned into a holding centre for people seeking asylum.
Protests were held 24/7 outside the property when the plan was first announced, with attempts to disperse the crowd resulting in violent clashes with police.
People from Somalia, Sudan and Nigeria have been temporarily housed in makeshift marquee-style tents on an estate separated from the local population by a 10ft-tall fence. …
The two key issues – housing and healthcare – had both been hit by the surge in population.
House prices are more than a tenth up on the previous property boom in 2007, while the average rent has risen by 43% in five years. And despite locals not being put on the same housing lists as arriving migrants, many blamed them for a dearth of places. …
As the Government admitted not all immigrants could be given homes, a tent city was created in Dublin stretching around the International Protection Office and continuing along the road. …
Project Ireland 2040 – an initiative unveiled in 2018 – forecasting nearly two million extra people in Ireland in 15 years time who would need an extra £96cbillion in investment for infrastructure and housing.
This huge figure was intended to be used to expand cities and settle rural areas, although it has quickly been left in the dust as the number of arrivals has reached more than double the initial estimates, the Telegraph reports.

The elites will be pleased it not satisfied.
One aspect I fond surprising is the enthusiasm for Muslim immigrants which Sein Fein seem to have.
Not liking protestant Christians and Brits is one thing but for them to embrace Muslims from alternative cultures is equites another. Whatever do the boys think.
Legal migrants, as in EU and British citizens and people on a work visa who aren’t brought in on a special scheme are eligible to vote in some elections, local councils and the General Election. If you are eligible to vote you are eligible to be a candidate, I think that’s the same throughout the EU. You can’t vote in referenda or the Presidential election. You can join the ‘military’ which is neutral and has no equipment, planes or ships and is only used for UN ‘peacekeeping’. You can’t vote in apply to join the Gardai but there are a lot of criteria and they prefer proficiency in the Irish language.
“…Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.”
Instead the first coming of the Anti-Christs. In Ireland of all places, that a century ago chucked the British out, and whose governing heirs now welcome invaders in.
It seems if they did do that, they would be doing that to the indigenous people, rather that the new freeloaders.

So much footage from Dublin and it doesn’t even resemble Dublin anymore. Michael here will have a few who agree with him, I’m sure;
”I grew up in an almost completely homogenous country. There wasn’t one foreigner in my housing estate or the surrounding area. The first time we saw foreigners was when refugees arrived from Kosovo. Disabled kids.
Other than that you might see a foreign doctor if you visited the hospital but that’s it. There was no halal restaurants, no foreign taxi drivers and certainly no gangs of African or Muslim men hanging around the place.
Being Irish in Ireland came with certain guarantees. The promise of owning your own home and having the opportunity to build a future in the land we belong to. The guarantee of a predictable pace of life with little to no interaction with unknown people or events like random stabbings.
But everything has changed. Instead of knowing everyone around us, there are now hundreds of thousands of strangers walking around our country. Strangers who don’t look like us, talk like us or live life like us.
Whether it’s in the shop, at work or on the streets we are forced to interact with these strangers and just go about our lives. Despite every instinct inside of us screaming “this is wrong”, we are told to just get along with this new multicultural reality.
We were raised not to trust Irish strangers but now it’s government policy to import foreign strangers. The entirety of human history is a battle for dominance. But the West evolved beyond that, the West became enlightened. We achieved the basic needs like safety and security and that allowed us to seek self actualisation. Art, entertainment, space exploration, science and technology.
None of that happens if the people of your country are competing with savages for basic resources.
We are not supposed to have to worry about being in a breeding race with the 3rd world in our own countries.
People across the West and Europe in particular are living in a perpetual state of anxiety because everyday we face new unknowns. Everyday the government allows more foreign strangers into our home.
All the feelings you have about this are perfectly normal. The “racism” you are accused of is actually self-preservation instincts.
Never be afraid to express your opinion on anything, but especially mass immigration because it is without a doubt the greatest sin ever committed against the people of the West.”
”The conservative Christian Democrat Union (CDU) political party won the national elections with 29.0 percent of the vote.
The Populist-Pro-Germany AfD roared into second place with 19.5 percent of the vote.
It is likely that the CDU will join with the failed Social Democrats (SPD) to form a government. The SPD is currently in power and is destroying the country.
It would make more sense for CDU to join with the AfD to rule Germany but that is not how it works in the globalist Western Europe.”
”It’s exactly as expected. The conservative CDU as the strongest party will most likely form a coalition with the Social Democrats (SPD) or the eco-fascists (Die Grünen)—because in Germany, elections don’t change the system, they just rearrange the puppets.
The deindustrialization of Germany will continue. Energy prices will stay sky-high. Free speech will keep getting crushed. And let’s not forget: every single establishment party, including the pseudo-libertarians (FDP), was in favor of mandatory mRNA injections. Only the AfD stood against it.
This isn’t about left vs. right. It’s about the system vs. the people. And today, the system just claimed another victory.” Dr Simon Goddek
Sadly it will be the 19.5% of young Germans who voted AfD, who will now be leaving their Country for a better life elsewhere.
Closely followed by the indigenous Irish young people.
I thought AfD would get more than 20% but probably wishful thinking on my part. Something that also needs to be considered is the huge amount of migrants that were getting fast-tracked for citizenship, as well as all the others over the years, who are hardly likely to vote for an anti-immigration party. This must surely have had a big influence.
As with many countries, the sly traitorous government imports voters, and if you’re a patriot and don’t like what’s happening you’re a ‘far-right extremist racist’ and that’s that.
I have lived in Germany and in the Rep of Ireland and both of them have no access to ‘alternative media’ and just hear and see State propaganda all day long.
It is why the BBC is beamed all over Ireland and many EU Countries and supported by the EU.
The people do not have a clue what is happening to their own Countries.
Even if they crack this problem, then elections will be cancelled, as in some of our local elections.
I wish I could be more positive, but the propaganda over the Pandemic was so successful that millions are still taking the jabs.
Isn’t it sad? 80% voted against the AfD. A sign of the times, but this is reflected in many countries. I’m very disappointed in the selfishness of the >70s, tbh. It will be interesting to see if there’s any meaningful changes in German policies moving forward, but I’m not overly optimistic.

“And with far-Right sentiment at fever pitch…”
Far Right?
Protecting one’s Country from invasion and preserving one’s culture, national identity, safety and security is Far Right.
So the Normandy beaches were invaded by the Far Right on D-Day were they?
“Far right” when thrown about by the woke left means “these people don’t agree with us and the only thing we can do is attack them rather than admitting they might be right”. It’s a sign of weakness as it shows the establishment can’t defend their immigration policies by explaining how they’re going to benefit ordinary people.
The phrase was used the The Mail. Perhaps they are are not quite the “woke left” but they have certainly fallen into the trap and are playing their game, or they are fakers. Either way, as I wrote about the Telegraph earlier, with “friends” like that, who needs enemies?
The Mail definitely aren’t loony left but they’re still very much part of the establishment and therefore don’t like “populist upstarts” rocking the uniparty boat.
I wish we would stop using the word ‘far right’ for anything expressing concern about increasing immigration.
Is it not pragmatic to ask the question ask ‘how many people a society can safely and realistically absorb?’
Surely there is a limit?

“Project Ireland 2040 – an initiative unveiled in 2018 – forecasting nearly two million extra people in Ireland in 15 years time” ……. mostly dregs from the 3rd world who will exploit Irish taxpayers, never make a meaningful contribution and will never integrate.
But the Irish aren’t likely to take the Elites’ deliberate destruction of their culture/country as meekly as the English are.

Blimey, this is news to me. Migrants can join the Irish police force and military;
”There appears to be a lot of Irish people in shock today as they have learned a startling fact.
Yes, asylum seekers and refugees can join the Irish military.
They can also join the gardaí (police).
And they can even vote and contest local elections.
Ireland is upside down.”

Sorry about my typos.
And of course this will follow shortly here on the mainland with Kneel still talking bullshit about “smashing the gangs” the treasonous Next Tuesday.
It’s not far right to object to the deliberate destruction of your nation’s cultural heritage.
Not the “The Second Coming” framed by W. B. Yeats a century ago…

Government by arse about face.
I would have thought Sein Fein could deal with this.
I am sure a few knee-cappings “pour encourager les autres” would calm things down.
