The Judge Who Sentenced Cameron Bell to Nine Months For Calling Migrants “Tramps” on TikTok Declined to Jail a Paedophile in 2022

by Laurie Wastell
2 December 2024 7:00 AM

The case of Cameron Bell, so shocking that last weekend it prompted Elon Musk to label Britain a “police state”, illustrates much of the worst of the injustices that happened during Starmer’s crackdown on the disorder that followed the Southport massacre this summer.

On August 4th, six days after the Southport attack, a mob attempted to set a migrant hotel on fire in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Petrol bombs were thrown, windows were smashed, and one officer was left with a suspected broken arm. Ugly, stupid violence that ought never to have happened.

Toby is a lone voice fighting this threat. However, what is of note is the capture of the legal profession and the lack of any human rights lawyers willing to put their heads above the parapet and speak for the people.

Human rights lawyers are too busy looking after the illegal immigrants, there’s much more money in that. They sit on their high horse and preach about our moral duties, but they are grifters, the lot them.

I think most of the sheeple do care, but are too cowed to do anything about it. Which is precisely what Keir Stalin and the Two-Tier “justice system” intended.

The public have, to a large degree, become de-politicised even as the self-regarding elites have become radicalised against the public.

The Government does not care, it has a project it will force that project through to achieve its utopia of misery. The people are nothing, they are disposable, migrants are grateful and constituents of the Labour new world order,

As Suella Braverman says, migrants think of the UK as El Dorado and that’s why they’re prepared to make that final, treacherous last leg across the Channel. I always thought Germany was the softest touch and cushiest number for migrants to aim for but no, apparently that title goes to Britain. But Starmer wants to lay all the blame on the Tories, in which case we should see this whopping figure of arrivals since he took the helm diminish drastically, shouldn’t we? Whilst deporting illegal, non-law abiding scrounging scumbags should therefore increase dramatically, no? Watch this space, as they say;

”More than 20,000 people have crossed the Channel in small boats since Labour came to power.
A total of 20,110 people in small boats have now arrived in the UK since the election on 4 July after two boats carrying 122 people reached British waters overnight, according to leaked analysis obtained by Sky News and The Guardian.”

Only in Clown World would something like what Cameron did result in a custodial sentence but paedophiles and sex pests ( especially if they’re migrants and/or non-white ) get off Scott free. Yes, judges demonstrably have a soft spot for perverts, the word ”proportionality” being an alien concept to them. A social media post clearly being seen as a more serious ‘crime’, making you a definite danger to the public ( FFS! ).
And I’d be interested to know if this dirtbag left Egypt at 14yrs old and is now 28yrs, how on earth is he still classed as an ”asylum seeker” in the UK?? But apparently because he has no friends he mustn’t be punished for sexually harassing women;

”A sex pest who sexually assaulted a 20-year-old female passenger during a train journey has been spared jail.
Hamada Salah, 28, who is seeking asylum in the UK, targeted two lone women in separate incidents on a TransPennine Express journey from Leeds to Middlesbrough in February.
The victims were left feeling ‘objectified’ and ‘unnerved’ after the Egyptian national began showing them pornography, Newcastle Crown Court heard.
Salah targeted a woman aged 20, which he said was ‘the perfect age for sex’, and started touching her legs, before moving to another part of the train before rubbing his groin in front of a 67-year-old passenger.”

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14140803/Asylum-seeker-sex-pest-targeted-two-women-train-terrifying-ordeal-sexually-assaulting-one-SPARED-jail-judge-told-no-friends-UK.html

Examples are 10 a penny. Here’s another pervert sentenced to a non-sentence, because he’s deemed to not be a danger to the public by yet another nonce-loving judge whose hard-drive needs inspected;

”A 37-year-old man from Bradford has been sentenced after he was found to have indecent images of children.
Adnan Amjad, of Bell Dean Road, was found with 27 photographs and videos of children -nine were in Category A, the most serious – between January 23, 2018, and November 21, 2023.
He pleaded guilty at Bradford Crown Court to three counts of making indecent images of children as young as five. The court heard he was of previous good character.
Bradford Crown Court heard that police raided Amjad’s home after linking his email and mobile phone to indecent images of children. He was arrested after indecent material was found on two devices.”

It is the “social cohesion” part of this that the authorities worry about. They don’t really care about name calling like eg “migrant tramp”. —–It is just a pity we don’t see the same zeal applied with grooming gangs, the abuse of young white women and girls could easily cause “social cohesion” to be put a risk. But it would appear that they are only interested in social cohesion in one direction

There are British patriots serving time/arrested or who have been issued with NCHIs for liking and sharing posts/memes nowhere near as bad as this. Elsewhere people have lost jobs over liking/sharing posts online, but this woman is in a protected class, evidently, so she can show support for such statements and there’ll be zero consequences;

”A Labour MP has been criticised for sharing a Twitter post telling Rotherham sex abuse victims to ‘shut their mouths for the good of diversity’.
Naz Shah, who represents Bradford West, shared and liked a post tweeted out from a parody account of newspaper columnist Owen Jones.”

I don’t think they care about “social cohesion” per se, what they care about is the breakdown of “social cohesion” specifically with regard to immigration. From the start (Race relations acts in the 60s) the establishment have been very afraid of the public’s feelings becoming clear to all, very afraid of it becoming clear that the experiment has had poor results.

“very afraid of it becoming clear that the experiment has had poor results.”

On the contrary tof. The “experiment” is being ratcheted up. By the standards set by the Davos Deviants the experiment has been enormously successful. Whole towns are fracturing on racial lines, white British are being marginalised, communities are dissolving, our flag is being denigrated and our history re-written. The Great Replacement is very real and ongoing and Kneel is 100% committed to seeing the plan through. We have to accept that most of those polishing their arses in the H of C are actually now traitors. It is a deeply depressing fact but true nonetheless.

We are in very, very deep doo doo.

The only people wrongly maligned in her remarks, it seems, were actual tramps, who lack the benefits to buy mobile phones to film little children.

Maybe she got the idea from Jethro Tull’s Aqualung from 1971 in which a tramp figure engages in comparable habits… so perhaps Ian Anderson and his ex-wife should also be imprisoned for defaming an already marginalised group, albeit not one on the woke “protected characteristic” list.

However loosely they interpret “hate,” what is incontrovertible is the calculated injustice of remanding non-threatening individuals in prolonged custody in order to persuade them to plead guilty. This is exactly what has happened to many people from the US January 6 arrests, many still awaiting trial because they insist on their innocence.

This, having come down from the Prime Minister himself, is both State oppression and interference with an independent judiciary – or else evidence that it is not independent at all, but merely a government organ. In other words, it reveals a police state at work.

They use the excuse (or at least a lawyer on BBC) that they needed harsh sentences to bring a stop to the riots citing similar measures in the 2011 London riots when Toby Young was the neighbourhood hardman and defended the local suburban princesses. I don’t agree with that statement, I like many on here think the law should be blind and not swayed by politics, but this is the main excuse you hear by the defenders of this two tier justice.

Remanding in custody to procure self-incrimination is not a harsh sentence, but harsh punishment of those presumed innocent under British law apart from justice.

Could someone perhaps explain to me what misplaced right-wing sentiment is precisely supposed to mean? If it’s part of sentencing rationale, it surely ought to have a well-defined meaning. On the outside, it looks like the judge speculating about the defendants hidden inner motives or that’s what it would look like if it wasn’t pretty certain that he was just repeating boilerplate political abuse the US democrats tend to lob at their opponents without bothering the explain what’s it’s actually supposed to mean beyond “Something really really bad, can’t see you so how right-wing it is?”

Why do people in the UK get sentenced for trangressions against the domestic policy of a former US government? Isn’t this more than a bit weird?

Well done to Dan Wooton for interviewing this victim of outrageous injustice, and well done to Laurie Wastell for featuring it here on the DS.

Compare the case of Indigenous British carer Cameron Bell with that of the Ethnic African “carer” from Kenya named Ivy Mwangi, who ran over and killed a 14-year-old boy on his way home from school, then she drove away without stopping to “care” for him, and she was later arrested for driving without a licence, causing death by careless driving, and failing to stop at the scene or give any assistance to her victim, or call emergency services to help him.

After the police gathered all the evidence for the clear case against her, the Corrupt Crown Prosecution Service threw it all out and dropped all charges.

Parents of boy, 14, who was killed in a ‘hit-and-run crash’ just days before his birthday say they’re now fighting for justice after his ‘killer’s charges were dropped’ | Daily Mail Online

He was only one of many Indigenous British children killed by Third World Ethnics, such as this so-called “Latvian” criminal who fled back to Latvia. Does he look Latvian to you?

May I just point out that the relentless insistence by the mainstream media, police, judges & lawyers that “The mob tried to set a migrant hotel on fire” is TOTALLY FALSE.

In both cases where the Protesters Against the Murder of British Children lit fires, one was in an open car park at a distance from any building, and the other was up against the outside of a high concrete wall.

Both the surface of the car park and the high concrete wall were made of CONCRETE.

Fire resistance

“Concrete does not burn – it cannot be set on fire and it does not emit any toxic fumes when affected by fire. Concrete is proven to have a high degree of fire resistance and, in the majority of applications, can be described as VIRTUALLY FIREPROOF.”

A most illuminating article depicting a very worrying aspect of the total insanity that now prevails in the U.K. The writing is very clearly on the wall, but far too many people fail to read the warnings. I fear for our country and for future generations.

I’d long wondered how judges in Russia and China squared political judgments and cruel, illogical sentencing with their consciences. I begin to wonder how, here too.

It’s absolutely terrible. It sounds as if she was completely set up. I know (from experience, not personal but someone I know) that pressure is exerted to plead guilty by the threat of prison on remand (often longer than any sentence and obviously so if you are found innocent). None of it makes sense. Especially when the prisons are overcrowded to the extent that they are releasing real criminals early. The prisons are full of people on remand – the Secret Prisoner, whose column appears in the Telegraph, is one such, a middle-aged man on remand for a non-violent crime. All this is being done on purpose. I am very sorry for Cameron and wish she had not pled guilty – but so many months to be spent in prison (till May 2025), especially at her age, was a severe discouragement; it was coercion or blackmail.

You are absolutely right: it was political collusion, coercion and blackmail by the state-appointed “lawyer” who was supposed to be defending her.

How was it even legal to deny her the right to contact her own family or friends for three whole weeks after she was suddenly thrown into prison?

And to conceal from her the attempts by her own grandmother to phone her?

How is it even legal to hold British citizens on remand indefinitely without releasing them on bail when they are no threat to the public?

And yet police are extremely limited in the few days given to them to question people after arresting them, and must apply to the courts again and again for “extensions”, even in cases of violence or terrorism.

The last summer was the darkest in the history of democracy- it was an example of an authoritarian police state operation coming from the top, implicating every personnel in the policing and judicial system, compromising their integrity and independence…. Have we seen this before? Well, not in the Uk / US / OZ. This type of injustice could only happen in N Korea, parts of Africa and Russia. But here we are.
