The Mail has an initial round-up of prominent figures in the liberal media becoming visibly upset – or angry – as the news sunk in last night that Donald Trump was going to win the US Presidential election. Expect much more of these compilations over the coming days.
Donald Trump’s victory in the US presidential election provoked an anguished reaction from the left liberal news media and Kamala Harris supporters.
MSNBC commentator Joy Reid launched a tirade live on air as Florida turned out overwhelmingly in favour of Trump, slamming voters and describing the state as being under the power of an “extremist, right-wing, fascist-type government”.
“Think about the last two weeks and the things that Donald Trump has said into the TV that people could hear him say and do,” she said, becoming increasingly more irate.
“The vulgarity in front of families with young children and the threats to do mass deportation and a violent start to his dictatorship on day one, you name it.”
Reid told her fellow MSNBC panelists that she couldn’t fathom that Trump was securing support from half the population in spite of his often controversial stances.
“If all of that gets you half of the votes… what does it tell you? We need to really take a step back and think about what does that say about us.”
After Florida was called for Trump early in the evening, Reid said: “It’s a pure Project 2025 in miniature in Florida.
“That extremist sort of right-wing, fascist type government in Florida, does that make it more of an attractive place?”
When Texas was called for the former president, Reid described black voters in Houston as “deeply suppressed” and went on to blame “white women” voters after North Carolina became the first swing state to plump for Trump.
That performance on the MSNBC ‘Election Night’ panel was followed by former White House Communications Director Nicole Wallace insisting Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris were still in a “dead heat” – even as the Republican candidate pulled ahead in the polls and won two swing states in North Carolina and Georgia.
“It was always going to be a blue wall night,” she said, refusing to acknowledge that lynchpin state Pennsylvania, with 19 Electoral College votes, was leaning toward Trump with more than 90% of ballots checked – and ultimately awarded all its votes to the Republican.
Meanwhile, CNN political analyst and former Obama staffer Van Jones looked on the verge of tears while delivering a somber speech as the vote counts stacked up in Trump’s favor.
The 56 year-old has been overcome with emotion live on air on several occasions, and viewers had joked on social media in advance of election night that he was likely to burst into tears regardless of the result.
Jones was clearly fighting against choking up as he condemned the vote and painted a dystopian picture of America under Trump.
CNN presenter Jake Tapper was also on air for much of the election night and on several occasions seemed flabbergasted by voting results.
He performed double takes when looking at polling numbers and stumbled over his words when reporting the voter turnout in favour of Trump in the likes of Georgia, New Carolina and Virginia.
Hours before the race was formally called, trepidation was growing on the channel as the results of several swing states rolled in.
“This is a shellacking for the Democrats tonight,” analyst John King said. “The question is how bad. A shellacking for the Vice President.”
Shortly after, tensions flared among panelists as they performed a post mortem on the loss – again before it had been officially declared.
The reactions were gleefully shared across social media by joyous Trump supporters, who point out that much of America’s mainstream media outlets lean left and claim they often misrepresent, misquote and unfairly target the Republican candidate.
A torrent of memes poked fun at the aforementioned liberal media personalities while others delighted in Trump’s success.

Stop Press: Watch a CNN panelist explain the reason Kamala lost is because of sexism and racism.
Stop Press 2: Watch Scott Jennings, one of the few Republican pundits on CNN, stun his fellow panel members by explaining why Trump won.
Stop Press 3: The British liberal media, as well as assorted Left-wing luvvies, have also been melting down. The Telegraph has compiled some clips here, including footage of Emily Maitlis swearing on Channel 4 News’s election night show.

Regardless of who is doing it, if there’s any hope for us we need to rid ourselves of notions like “fact checkers”, or at least the notion that they are “authoritative”. Always caveat emptor, and ask yourself cui bono?
If anything appears in the media with a label attached declaring it has been fact-checked I immediately ignore the fact check. Nowadays the chances of anything in the MSM being accurate or true are remote which is why I don’t bother with it.
Infact it is likely to not only not be true, it is liable to be the opposite of what is true.
Absolutely
increasingly, it seems, ‘fact checks’ are simply a means to bolster a lie…
Indeed.
The World Health Organisation doesn’t even understand what a fact is:
“FACT: #COVID19 is NOT airborne.
The #coronavirus is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes or speaks.”
https://x.com/WHO/status/1243972193169616898?lang=en
It was never a fact that “COVID19 is NOT airborne”. The WHO made this claim in March 2020, so it’s understandable that their theory turned out to be wrong, but what’s not understandable is that they claimed their theory was a fact. It was never a fact that “COVID19 is NOT airborne”. The WHO doesn’t know the difference between a theory, or a belief or opinion, and a fact.
Flying viruses don’t exist. Fact checked by reality.
Well I sadly suspect that the WHO knew very well they had no basis for saying that, but it suited them to do so. As soon as it’s “airborne” then the whole “pandemic” game changes.
Dr Mike Yeadon explaining that viruses don’t exist and what was allegedly causing the “pandemic” was nothing more than re-badged ‘flu.
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/former-pfizer-vp-michael-yeadon-explains-why-theres-no-evidence-for-the-existence-of-any-viruses/
Correctly – SARS CoV 2 like all respiratory viruses are transmitted by airborne aerosols.
Droplets in any case are airborne.
The difference is, aerosols linger suspended in the air – and don’t rely just on sneezing and coughing – for hours and can circulate and can accumulate (Indoor spaces), whereas droplets quickly fall to the ground under the effect of gravity.
Respiratory viruses have evolved this way because it makes them more successful.
Galileo Galilei was once fact-checked, too.
…eppur si muove
Back then Galileo with his new fangled science and his dodgy telescope threatened the authority of the Church. Ironic then that today it is science that is King, and it is Government and their “scientists” whose authority is threatened.
Scientism. Comte’s unholy ‘Church of Science’ realised.
Galileo was more fraud than ‘the science’. He proved nothing. He recanted before he died. The Church simply asked for proof. None was forthcoming.
391 years ago. Give the guy a break. As we know, challenging the orthodoxy is tough and those in charge had nasty methods at their disposal.
Which of us is completely sure of all our facts. He was correct on a great many things.
Odd that, because he wrote a note to a friend complaining he offered evidence and nobody would look at it – not even look down his telescope at the Moon.
The Church knew he was correct- they had their own scientists. It was about maintaining authority, not truth.
“There is no Climate Crisis”. ——–Yes I read that earlier in the year. Just as I read everything on the climate fraud. It seems that if Government Bureaucrats in conjunction with the data adjusters that they fund say there is a “climate crisis” then somehow it must be true, because all “scientists agree”. But things are never true because a bunch of people all agree. They are only true if they can be demonstrated to be so and at present there is no increase anywhere in the frequency or intensity of any type of weather event. So where is this “crisis”?———–PS All scientists do not agree anyway, far from it.
There is a climate crisis. It is late July and I am sat here in a sweater, cold, 18c, with strong winds. Where is the boiling we were promised?
Activists will tell you that the UK is not the globe.
If so-called climate change is indeed a global phenomenon, its effects must occur globally. And this means really globally, ie, there must be local effects everywhere, not just mathematically globalized fake effects like averaged temperature measurements.
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? comes from a satirical poem about female maritial infidelity: It’s useless to post a guard to the entry of the rooms of the woman in question because this just gives both a golden opportunity to do exactly what posting the guard was supposed to prevent. Posting the Guardian to a woman suspected of a fondness for extramaritial affairs ought to be harmless in this respect. But it might count as cruel and unusual punishment.
How will Trump’s return to The White House be stopped.

The nightmare scenario that I have been warning about outlined by John le Seur at TCW.
This is why Kamala is being “given” the gig – the election won’t happen but Lockdowns will and as I have forecast with a financial crash and a Scamdemic running alongside.
“The pandemic of course will create a lockdown, and the cancelling of elections until it is over. Which it never will be.”
1984 incoming.
John has a pretty bleak forecast. Hard to understand why the ‘elites’ want to crash the US and turn it into Africa. I can’t see Russia, India or Chyna following suit now, given they are allies and that we have a bipolar world heading into WW3. Why would enemies follow your suicide?
We can understand the poison mRNAs, LDs and face anus wraps for the ‘bird flu’ or some other fictitious non-entity to steal the election and last the winter. That is after all what Rona was mainly about. But unlikely they would cancel the election, that would lead to more problems than a solution.
Financial obliteration could happen, but that has been predicted every year since 2008. The endless war is too profitable, along with climate change thingy, why would they destroy that by allowing the financial system to fail? There is prob U$100 trillion in private wealth, they could do a Henry VIII and force a ‘loan’ to stabilise finances and the markets. Christ, Bezos and Kill Gates could float the US gov’t a few lifelines lasting years.
Beyond stealing the election a la 2020,why would the globalists bring down ‘The West’ and leave the rest? Are the elites planning to move to Chyna?
More likely is a dystopia of increased control, more corruption, war, scamdemics and money mongering and laundering. I don’t think the Davos set is intending suicide.
Maybe.
Scamdemic ll is a certainty. Scores of factories have been built across the world for mRNA production and I still believe it will happen before Christmas 2024. The push to jab everyone will be nasty.
A financial crash looks a near certainty. In the UK Labour are threatening to bankrupt the country within twelve months. Technically we are pretty much broke anyway.
And a war is always a good excuse for total control.
Food shortages look like they are being planned. Bliar in particular has form in this respect with his foot and mouth disease. This time it will start with chickens and then on to cattle. A complete freeze on food imports should seal it all nicely.
Deagel forecasts show UK population at 25 million in 2025.
The thousands of illegal immigrants are quite possibly an army as I have posted countless times.
The back end of this year is going to be cruel and tough.
Kneel has been installed as overseer.
I’m sure that I’ve seen somewhere that ‘bird flu’ has already jumped into cattle, so you may well be right… sorry I can’t find the source atm.
Yes H5N1 has “jumped” from birds to cattle but strangely enough the cattle aren’t poorly and only testing reveals they have the “illness.”
Sounds familiar…
I think your “dystopia of increased control, more corruption, war, scamdemics and money mongering and laundering” (which I consider likely) is not far from “bringing down the West” – certainly we will continue the levelling down to 2nd/3rd world levels we are currently engaged in. I guess if you’re an elite you may prefer to preside over a decent country not a shitshow, but you might compromise on screwing up that country enough to enable you to rule it and not be challenged. Why do tyrants in 3rd world countries not seem to be interested in improving their countries?
I think our decline will be long and slow, but not less sad for it.
This just demonstrates that Trump’s supporters are exactly as apocalyptically hysterical as his opponents.
In a democracy, we don’t do differences of opinion among people who could all be wrong anymore! No, no, no, sir! It’s the terminal fight between the forces of light and darkness again and whole world again hangs in balance, no less! Make sure you save it by ticking a box!
That’s obviously sarcasm. More often than not, I wish the whole lot would just vanish.
just how can you state President Trump not a politician? He ran for and elected President of the United States.
You need some fact checking.
But he is not a politician… that’s why he gets so much support. He is a property developer.
Why after years of false information, misinformation, would anyone continue to listen or read msm? Turn it off it serves no purpose.
Because those who listen to or read the MSM don’t listen to or read anything else so they don’t know they are being lied to all the time.
