If anyone still doesn’t think there are any “conspiracies” involved in “Covid”, read the post about the ONS lying about deaths and explain how that doesn’t qualify as a conspiracy.
At the risk of boring people I repeat below my post from yesterday about notifications. Hope some find it useful.
Now that these features are working again thanks to DS boffins:
When you make a comment, next to the POST COMMENT button there is a bell icon which is deactivated by default. Clicking on it will cause replies to your comment to be notified to you via email which will include the reply and a link to that comment. It makes it a lot more efficient if you want to engage in a dialogue as it saves you having to reload pages you have already read.
At the top of the comment section on each article there is a subscribe option that either allows you to get notifications for all new comments on the article or just replies to your comments.
I hope others find these features useful and that we can further enliven these pages.
If you define ‘conspiracy’ as any wrongdoing done by two or more people together, then yes it’s a ‘conspiracy’. But by that definition the only wrongdoing which isn’t a conspiracy is wrongdoing done by an individual completely on his or her own without any help from anyone else.
I don’t think the word ‘conspiracy’ is a useful label to describe what the ONS have done. It distracts from what they did. They did what they did. It is what it is.
“a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful”
You think it was an innocent mistake? And they kept thinking they were right for ages, when questioned?
Collins Dictionary:
“Wrongdoing is behaviour that is illegal or immoral.”
If I thought it was an innocent mistake, I wouldn’t have described it as wrongdoing.
Yes, I agree with you that if you use a definition of ‘conspiracy’ as any wrongdoing which is done by two or more people together, then it is a conspiracy.
When people plan “to do something unlawful or harmful”, they generally keep it secret.
If you’d like to offer a different definition of what you mean by ‘conspiracy’ – which doesn’t mean all wrongdoing is a conspiracy unless it’s done by one individual with no help from anyone else – I’d be very interested to see it.
I would indeed agree that a lot wrongdoing involves conspiracy.
“Are ultra-processed foods really so bad?”
Ah! My personal favourite. Some skinny middle class bloke, pontificating about the sins of others (in this case over eating) without the first clue about their lives. First smoking, then drinking, then eating. How long before we are all on government approved ‘life plans’ with penalties for exceeding our legislated calorific intake…?
Sadiq Khan is co-chairman of C40.
C40 aims to have people reduce their meat consumption by 2030.
16kg meat per year is 44g per day which is about 1.5 rashers of bacon per day (Aldi dry cured back bacon is about 30g/rasher).
90kg dairy per year is less than 250g per day which would be less than a pint of milk every two days – and you can forget the butter, cheese or yoghurt.
That’s presumably what London voted for recently.
Updated to add: I had a lovely 6oz steak for lunch at the pub on Sunday – 170g.
If we have the misfortune to get a Liebour Government, Khan will be in the front of the queue banging on the door of number 10 demanding “Where is my Knighthood. Where is my Office.” Then once he is in there, together with Just Stop Oil & Stonewall & the WEF & Gates & WHO & the migrant supporters clubs, he will be demanding all the idiot policies put forward by C40 MUST be implemented across the whole of the UK in time for Christmas which is when the WHO & Gates will declare a permanent pandemic …
ULEZ schemes will be in every city. Railways will be nationalsed with no compensation for anyone and the drivers union will be in ‘Lockdowning Street’ every week demanding a pay rise and then just before the very last Chrismas in the UK (because the WEF have abolished it) … they will demand the right to ‘work from home’ which Liebour will agree to …
An enjoyable post and pretty accurate.
If?
In the unlikely event we get a Conservative Party led government after July 4 we’ll have much the same.
I thought this an excellent potted history of Muslim colonialism because it’s what we’re experiencing now. Only the suicidal Leftards and their thicko ‘useful idiots’ on the streets and campuses don’t seem to have twigged yet. We’re talking about the phenomena of ‘suicidal empathy’, happening in real time;
”College students being indoctrinated on campuses to take part in Muslim prayers are also taking part in a thousand-year-old process of Islamic colonialism that made Islam a worldwide religion. College students believe by embracing Islamic rituals, they are opposing colonialism when they’re actually practicing it.
The discovery of America and the apogee of European civilization which ushered in the modern world were based on resistance to Islamic colonialism. Since then, European nations withdrew from the Muslim world to avoid colonialism only to be colonized by millions of Muslims from their old colonies. Rather than ending colonialism, Europe went from the colonizers to the colonized, and European governments were called on to once again rule over millions of Muslims, no longer in the Middle East, Pakistan, North Africa or Asia, but in London, Paris, and across their own nations. With that the rulers swiftly became the ruled.
Where the old European governments had looked to pacify Muslims abroad, their EU descendants struggled to pacify them at home. And America soon followed. After 9/11, America had been primarily worried about Muslim terrorism coming from abroad. Now it mostly worries about Islamic terrorism coming from Muslim converts and immigrants within the United States.
The Islamists are not here to liberate, but to enslave, not to decolonize, but to resume the colonization that had faltered at the Gates of Vienna. Their mission is to build armies capable of waging political or military conflicts, to divide and conquer their enemies in Western nations and to impose Islamic theocracy or Sharia law that will solidify their rule and end any hope of freedom, human rights or equality in the free world.”

More on the persecution of Christians and the censorship of what’s happening worldwide by Western media;
”There’s a global pandemic right now, but you won’t read about it in our media. It’s claiming thousands of lives, in a dozen countries. I’m talking about the Muslim persecution of Christians. If the situation is so bad, then why is it virtually unknown in the West? Millions of Christians live there, who presumably would want to know about it.
But the powers that be have done everything in their power to conceal it.
In this article, we’ll take an in-depth look at the many tactics the media employs to transform the atrocity, which has led to the slaughter of thousands and the abuse of hundreds of millions, into a non-story.
I have been documenting that persecution for nearly two decades. So I have ample experiences with outright censorship and am constantly “shadowbanned” on social media. In some nations, most notably Canada, my website is completely banned, while other networks claim it is “pornographic” (even as half-naked women appear in the adjoining ads on permitted sites).
Short of this, the media employ more subtle tactics.”

What’s really going on?
Putin and his commissars conduct Stalinist purge of Russian Generals!
‘One by one, military officials are being thrown into jail. With the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine looking more favorable for the Kremlin than for some time, Putin appears to think this an appropriate moment to punish the army for the failures of 2022.
His repressive instrument of choice is, as always, his security service the FSB.
Deputy Minister Timur Ivanov
Lt-Gen Yuri Kuznetsov, head of the personnel department
Maj-Gen Ivan Popov Commander 58th Guards Combined Arms Army
Lt-Gen Vadim Shamarin, deputy head of the general staff
The Investigative Committee uses the materials provided by the Military Counterintelligence department of the FSB (DVKR – Department Voeinnoi Konttrazvedki.)
The DVKR’s name suggests it aims to identify foreign spies in the Russian army, but that’s not exactly the case: the department has been always considered a tool to keep the military obedient, a way to secure the army’s loyalty to the existing regime.’
Meanwhile, in other news:
‘…..more than 8 thousand cases of AWOL and desertion have been opened, and courts pronounce up to 700 sentences per month.’
“90 percent want to leave. Everyone is tired. Nobody wants to fight,” says Alexander .
Pavel: “Many (including me) were held back by rumours that it would all end soon. Nobody really wants to participate in this. Support for Putin and Shoigu among officers and soldiers is approaching zero”
Konstantin , a career officer who managed to leave his military unit and move to one of the CSTO countries, notes that even in the first six months of the invasion, only about 10% of the military around him believed in the fight
….even among professional soldiers, most of whom do not see themselves outside the army, war fatigue is accumulating. As an employee of “Go Through the Woods” notes in a commentary for The Insider, if at the end of 2022, when the project just launched, they were approached mainly by newly mobilized people, now most requests come from career military personnel, volunteers and contract soldiers.’

What’s really goiung on?

Howard Michael Phillips, 64, from Harlow in Essex, was arrested in central London and is due at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday afternoon.
Two British men have been charged with helping Russian intelligence services after a suspected arson attack on a Ukraine-linked business in London.

Three other suspects linked to the fire have been held on other charges.

It looks to me like whatever faction of the uni-party gets to form a Government after July the 4th, that Government will be a hostage to fortune over net-zero. So many people in the UK seem to have been terrified by the climate change propaganda machine that any idea that our future Government is rowing back on net-zero will be met with howls of outrage and anger and probably legal action.
I far as I can see any attempt to row back on the all the net zero car stuff would require a significant change to the Climate Change Act. Whatever Government we get after 4th July? I do not think it will be in a position to do anything to change the zero emissions mandate or the ban on ICE sales. In 2025 the Chinese BYD Company is due to bring its budget ”Seagull” EV to the UK.
https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/byd/362943/new-byd-seagull-will-come-uk-2025-rival-dacia-spring
I suspect that our future Government will simply do a deal to enable the mass importation of cheap Seagull EVs into the UK and tell people they can now afford an EV. That is if they can afford even a cheap EV once the effects of the demise of the UK motor industry have had an impact on our standard of living.

Starmer and his shower or Sunak in the rain?
A decisive move by the PM. I am happy to support a bold and decisive PM.
Putin for PM then.
You keep telling us how decisive he is.
”A decisive move by the PM”
Ah yes but where is he decisively moving too? and whatever or wherever it is? I expect it will be good for him but he will not be taking us with him!
Maybe he has lined up a role to advise the Chinese Government on flooding the UK with cheap Chinese EV’s.
Members of the Azov battalion get a warm welcome in the UK Parliament on Wednesday. You’d think this would have made the news but at least it was reported in South Africa.
Maybe the neo-Nazis gave Sunak his marching orders?

Azov representatives of the Association spoke to members of two parties: the Conservatives and Labour.
They told the MPs about Russia’s war against Ukraine, the history of Azov, Russian crimes in Mariupol in 2022, as well as their own experience in Russian captivity and the importance of supporting the struggle to bring home about 900 captured Azov servicemen who are still in captivity for the third year.
The roundtable was supported and facilitated by Sir John Whittingdale and Bob Seely, Chair of the UK-Ukraine Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Although there has been a clear increase in the rate of abortions since 2016 (see chart) I doubt that it is purely caused by cost of living increases.
In particular I think there has been a steadily increasing number of early detections of congenital problems which might have been considered ‘too late now’ in earlier times.
I have an anecdote in support of this: A young woman I know has recently had a child which when she was several months pregnant was found to have under-developed, leaking heart valves and pulmonary hypotension (low pressure). She considered abortion but decided to continue the pregnancy. Her new daughter is small, but now developing well and pretty much out of trouble. Who knows what she might have decided if she’d had different people on her medical team?
I also worry if there has been an even greater increase in detected congenital problems since the damn Covid vaccines. No direct evidence just a concern that if the jollop can cause vasculitis in adults what the hell might it do to a developing child in the womb?
