Daily Sceptic reader Paul Hicks wrote to his MP, Kwasi Kwarteng, who is standing down at the next election, to suggest to him that now is a good time to act without fear of favour on behalf of his constituents. He sent the email to us, suggesting we share it with readers as it might inspire others to write similarly.
Dear Mr. Kwarteng,
You have announced your intention not to stand for election as the Member of Parliament for Spelthorne at the next General Election. You have represented me and my fellow constituents in the Mother of Parliaments since 2010.
I wonder what you are most proud of during your time as Member of Parliament, as Energy Secretary and (briefly) as Chancellor of the Exchequer? I vaguely recall that you had a hand in promoting the use of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) – a rare burst of sanity in a field that is mostly dominated by non-scientific green lunatics.
Despite my somewhat flippant tone, I am genuinely interested to learn what you believe is your proudest political legacy.
But your time as a Member of Parliament is not over. There is still the opportunity to render some greater service to your constituents. And, since you are voluntarily giving up the attempt to climb higher up the greasy pole of politics, now is the very best time to show your true character. You have no need to fawn over or defer to others in politics, since you are not seeking preferment to any great office of state. Free and independent, you can speak your mind and can intercede on behalf of your constituents.
But on what subject, and to what end?
Here are a few musings that might help you decide how to act.
It is becoming more evident by the day that the experimental gene therapy products that were touted as ‘vaccines’ and which were promoted as being ‘safe and effective’ were not vaccines, were not safe and were not effective. Yesterday, my wife and I went to visit a friend who is in the local hospital. While we were there, a Specialist Cancer Nurse at the hospital whom we know well chose to take a break so that she could visit our friend (who is also her friend). She couldn’t stay for long, because she had a sad and unpleasant task to do yesterday afternoon – she had to give a young man of about 30 years of age some bad news. Three or four weeks ago, this previously fit and healthy man was in [a local] park, and for reasons best known to himself he decided to kick a tree stump. It caused him severe pain in his hip. The pain didn’t go away. He went to his GP, who prescribed painkillers. The pain didn’t go away. He was sent for an X-ray. It was the sad duty of the Specialist Cancer Nurse to tell him that his entire pelvic region is riddled with cancer. The prognosis does not look good. This sort of thing – turbo cancers – didn’t happen so much before 2021. It just didn’t.
One day soon, and it may be a matter of weeks or months, the public at large is going to understand what has been going on. Videos like this are starting to make it into mainstream media.
And, yes, I know, Talk TV does not have a massive audience. But a precedent has been set, a taboo has been broken. The problem of turbo cancers has been known for at least 18 months. And yet the ‘Establishment’ has spent huge amounts of time, money and effort on suppressing any interest in this topic. Why, people will ask, was so much time, money and effort spent by the ‘Establishment’ denying that a problem existed, rather than investigating the problem and researching ways of combating the turbo cancers that appear to be caused by the experimental mRNA products?
Would you be able to look that young man in the eye and tell him that his turbo cancer has nothing to do with the experimental gene therapy products that were forced on the population? Would you really have the sheer brass neck to trot out the tired old ‘safe and effective’ mantra? Really?
So – Suggestion One for leaving an honourable political legacy: you could attend the debate on Vaccine Harms in the House of Commons on Thursday April 18th 2024 and put your weight behind calls for a genuine, unbiased scientific investigation into the consequences of administering inadequately tested experimental gene therapy products to the mass of the population. Including to children. Including to pregnant women.
Suggestion Two for leaving an honourable political legacy is to intervene in the Project Stone Age programme, which is also known as Net Zero. Project Stone Age will impoverish us all here in the United Kingdom. It already has impoverished us, and some irreversible damage has already been inflicted (try re-starting the blast furnaces in Port Talbot, or re-commissioning the last fertiliser plant in the U.K. that closed recently, or re-building the coal-fired power stations that were blithely blown up by Alok Sharma, etc. etc. etc). But – well, Climate Change – it’s a real problem isn’t it, all of that carbon dioxide, didn’t the head of the United Nations say that we are now in the age of global boiling, and don’t 97% of all scientists agree that human activity is what is driving the Climate Emergency? Well, you could have a look at this video (Climate: The Movie) to get an alternative view:
But both of these issues (the belated acknowledgment of the havoc wrought by the experimental mRNA gene therapies, the continuing and worsening harms of Project Stone Age) will resolve themselves in the coming weeks, months and years. Because the truth has this nasty habit of coming out, much to the discomfort of those who have a vested interest in suppressing the truth.
No, the really important and urgent thing that you can do now – Suggestion Three to secure your political legacy – is to go into battle against the World Health Organisation (WHO) Pandemic Treat and the proposed changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR). This is urgent. Because it seems highly likely that our pusillanimous Government will meekly sign up to this outrageous power grab at the WHO summit scheduled for the end of May and beginning of June. You are fully aware of what the WHO Pandemic Treaty and IHR changes entail, because I have recorded delivery receipts for the information that I have sent you on this topic (on several occasions).
In case the topic has slipped your mind, this link will help you get back on the trail.
Mr Kwarteng, I really, truly want to believe that you are a decent, honest and honourable man of integrity. I want to believe that you entered politics for all of the right reasons. You now have an opportunity to perform a very great service for me as an individual, for all of the constituents in Spelthorne, for all of the people in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – and for humanity as a whole.
Use your remaining time in politics to fight against the egregious power grab by the WHO that is now underway, with the tacit or active support of the U.K. Government.
Please don’t let me down.
With best regards,
Paul Hicks

I wouldn’t hold your breath. He is an avid supporter of Agenda 2030.
He was given the opportunity at least, if he fails to take it, he may live to regret it!
He can’t claim ignorance, all he could claim is that he refused to look and/or consider.
I particularly like the “Look him in the eyes” statement, recalling the most egregious and appalling advert I have ever seen, truly disgusting and unethical, anyone involved in those horrific adverts needs to be publicly outed and shamed.
Wasn’t he pushing the Quackcines, diapers and lockdowns with all the rest of the Medical Nazis? Don’t remember him being a freedom fighter or someone spouting common sense and reality.
Almost none of them questioned anything at the time.
Of course, no-one questioned anything.
But, in fairness, Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition (sic), did forcefully and repeatedly scream SOONER! HARSHER! LONGER!
They (and most back-bench Tories) are still at it today and it seems certain to be the key recommendation of Baroness Hallett’s “Inquiry”.
Kwarteng is leaving Westminster for two reasons:
1. He has been offered a cushy number elsewhere, probably at a WEF offshoot.
2. He is well aware he will not be re-elected so he’s going under his own steam.
No amount of “Climate The Movie” productions will change the political establishments entrenched world view about the climate emergency. Simply because it is and never was about the climate. The climate is just the excuse for the policies. At least some of the bureaucrats freely admit this ——“One has to free oneself from the illusion that climate policies are environmental policies anymore. We redistribute the worlds wealth via climate policy”. Edenhoffer IPCC. So what we have is a political class and a bought and paid for media that name call and ostracise anyone daring to put these policies at risk by questioning the so called science which is mostly just computer modelling full of speculation and assumption which have been completely wrong till now and this is hardly surprising as many of the parameters are poorly understood or unknown altogether. —-The whole thing STINKS and neither Kwarteng nor anyone else is going to put their heads on the block to spray some air freshener on the stink.
“Dear Mr. Hicks,
Thank you for your letter of the 16th, the content of which has been noted.
As you are aware I have fought tirelessly for [put something in here Daphne] and have had great success when speaking with the Prime Minister on my constituents’ behalf.
I hope you had your Covid vaccination along with the majority of other responsible citizens, I certainly had mine [it was the saline one wasn’t it?] and have been grateful for the untiring efforts of the NHS who work wonderfully [please pad out here]. Anyone who did not have the vaccination continue to put their families and neighbours at great risk.
Along with many other important people I have been persuaded that the WHO is a benevolent organisation with nothing but our best interests at heart [Daphne, please check that the money transfer has cleared will you?] and I am confident that we may expect great things from them in the near future.
Finally, I am looking forward to my new role wherever that may be [please chase George S. for me Daphne – haven’t heard anything yet] and will gladly dedicate the rest of my humble life to
accruing untold richesworking on behalf of thosemoreless fortunate than myself.Yrs sincerely,
KK”
Great letter!
Let us know if you get any response.
Good letter but not expecting any meaningful response from someone with his connections unfortunately.
Great letter but I fear it will make not the slightest difference to Kwarteng’s actions.
The Talk TV clip included in this is excellent. We are convinced that my husband would be dead by now had we had the jabs as he already had myeloma and a slight heart problem.
Climate: the Movie is also good but I wish it didn’t go so unquestioningly along with the evolutionary theory (which is, after all, only a theory not fact!).
“I wish it didn’t go so unquestioningly along with the evolutionary theory”
Please explain. What is the evolutionary theory?
Basically what Darwin thought, that we evolved, survival of the fittest. This has only ever been a theory but is now regarded as gospel truth. However, another possibility is that the Genesis account of creation is true and many accredited scientists believe this, although they tend to be discredited on public fora. I don’t think it’s worth getting into a debate about it here – people either tend to believe what they are told or not. But why should we believe what they have been telling us with regard to evolution when so much else that we have been told over these last few years (and much longer) has proved to be lies?
Coincidentally I had myeloma and a slight heart problem. I took every jab going and I am in remission and doing exceptionally well.
What an extraordinary coincidence! I’m very, very glad indeed to hear that you are doing exceptionally well (God must be looking after you), but please don’t continue having them (and tempt providence). Perhaps you’ve read this: https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/massive-cancer-deaths-study-vindicates-my-warnings-over-covid-boosters/
I hope all continues well.
This is indeed an extraordinary coincidence. I was diagnosed in March 2020 (high risk, tandem stem cell transplant, now on Lenalidomide). The Japanese paper that Professor Dalgleish refers to was a topic for discussion here a few days ago. Here is my comment. Did you realise that the number of cancer deaths actually decreased in 2022? The only reason the authors presented it as an increase in excess deaths was because they used a statistical model which estimated the number of deaths should have decreased even further. I will continue to take every jab going as the risk of serious infection is higher if you are on Lenalidomide.
Anyhow, thanks for your good wishes. I also wish the best for you and your husband.
My husband was treated at Guy’s under Dr Matthew Streetley. He was on the Cardamon trial for Carfilzomib and was randomly selected for the non-stem cell arm so has never had that. He now has a Daratumumab (monoclonal antibody) injection once every four weeks and is doing well. We each have to go our chosen paths. God bless you in yours.
Further to my reply below, here’s another link (from today’s DS email!): https://ianbrighthope.substack.com/p/mrna-is-a-class-one-carcinogen
I have written to my MP multiple times about the vaccine harms, asking him to attend the Bridgen meetings. His response is always the same. Safe and effective – which I would guess over 60% of the population now know is not true. It took 50 years for them to apologise to victims of thalidomide. They have form. Unfortunately this means we should never trust them again until the come clean.
Mine – Chris Loder – ignores anything I send him and no longer bothers replying to me. But I keep emailing him so he can’t deny being given the relevant information.
Willfull blindness.
Kwarteng, musing: “Now let me see …… I could have the political legacy Mr Hicks suggests, or I could rebuild bridges with the UN/IMF/WEF and hope to get a fairly significant and lucrative Globalist “job” when I leave Parliament. Tough call ……. Oh, hello Mr Schwab ….. what can I do for you?”
Just a few words of advice for those tempted to write to their MP: make your letter SHORT, CLEAR and TO THE POINT. MP’s are busy people and most won’t bother to read a long letter that tries to make lots of points, let alone answer those points.
I mean this advice in a friendly way – I do applaud someone who takes the initiative to write to their MP on such subjects!
