If I wear a Mexican hat or a Red Indian Head Dress I can be accused of “Cultural Appropriation”. But apparently it is ok for me to indulge in gender appropriation by wearing women clothes.
You might find using the term “Red Indian” gets you more grief than the headgear.
Dishing out grief for absolutely everything though kind of devalues the grief. It is like today when people call everything that happens “amazing”. If you are going to use that word to describe your Sunday Lunch or your Lawnmower, then what word is left to describe someone falling of a 100 ft cliff and surviving?
Good point very well put, though existence itself is pretty amazing to me.
Well said, V!
Wouldn’t that be ‘awesome’? Or is that still a Sunday lunch word?
“Civil war on the Right”. Puzzled by this. There’s an ongoing war against the “right”, but where’s the “civil war”. Surely this cannot be a reference to the Conservative Party, which has not been remotely “right wing” for a very long time.
“everyone’s favourite section, Peak Woke”
Why would this be anyone’s “favourite”? I don’t find the destruction of my country and civilisation anything to “like” or find amusing. My kids will have to battle against all sorts of needless bullshit that largely avoided.
Well said. We ought not to treat our would be oppressors as well intentioned but misguided and somewhat silly individuals. They are evil.
JK Rowling has my support and respect. She’s not one to be bullied and I feel we all gain from her willingness to make a fuss.
I found in this article a video of a man playing in a female basketball league, clearly dominating and injuring his female opponent.

Who cares if we’re ‘bigots’ for saying so? This cannot be allowed.
Never been much of a Harry Potter fan, but literally, I am considering buying the whole box set of books as a token of support for JK’s crusade against insanity!
