“Disbelief” As Under-Manned Royal Navy Seeks to Re-deploy Officers to Diversity and Inclusion Team

by Richard Eldred
28 January 2024 3:00 PM

The Royal Navy is redeploying marines and sailors to serve as diversity and inclusion officers in an effort to enhance the “lived experience” of personnel amid an ongoing recruitment crisis. The Telegraph has the story.

Three internal Navy job advertisements, seen by the Telegraph, seek to attract serving sailors and marines to work on diversity policy. The roles are based in Navy Command HQ [NCHQ] in Portsmouth and are intended to “improve the lived experience of our people”.

A Navy source told the Telegraph: “At a time when we’re massively undermanned, why does NCHQ want yet more people to concentrate on diversity and inclusion? You can imagine the sort of power-hungry social justice warriors this will attract too. We’re already inclusive; diversity will increase in time with the population.”

Lord West, who served as the First Sea Lord from 2002 to 2006, told the Telegraph: “Taking people from key and important roles to focus on diversity is nonsense. The Royal Navy has lost the plot.

“Obsessing over diversity and inclusion actually leads to recruitment issues. One needs just to look at the RAF’s positive discrimination schemes, which led to the exclusion of some white men. These diversity roles should be scrapped immediately.” …

The redeployment comes as the Royal Navy faces a significant recruitment crisis. In the year to March 2023, the Royal Navy and the Royal Marines failed their recruitment targets by 27%, representing a shortfall of 1,037 personnel. Both organisations have failed to hit their recruitment targets every year since 2011.

I recently watched Larry Johnson (ex-CIA) on Judging Freedom (YouTube) making fun of the advertising of the post of admiral in the British press. He expressed the opinion that Britain was now a joke militarity. It was embrarrassing having to agree with him. How we have sunk so low?

There is a very simple explanation for what the government is doing, it’s called:

Taking the piss.

The NHS is allegedly short of doctors and nurses but surprisingly there is plenty of money available for DEI non jobs all over the country costing millons which I can state with certainty are guaranteed to lower morale. Nothing pisses off real staff more than souped-up clowns performing worthless jobs for grade for grade wages or more.

So it is for the Navy; short of proper Jack Tars amazingly money is available for some Admiral pedalloe pushers which should come in handy when Fishy gets his orders about who he is to declare war upon.

Clown World doesn’t come close.

And still, swathes of the public vote to be doused in yet more urine, time and time again.

Armed forces appear to be failing to meet recruitment targets in various places and I don’t think it’s always to do with the woke virus. Well Germany have got a carrot-shaped plan to boost their army recruitment numbers;

”Following Germany’s decision to radically liberalize the country’s immigration laws, which has allowed approximately 2.5 million foreigners to be eligible to obtain citizenship in time for nationwide elections, the government is now mulling allowing foreign nationals to join the military and obtain expedited citizenship.
Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann (FDP), chair of the defense committee in the Bundestag, said she supports Defense Minister Boris Pistorius’s (SPD) call to allow foreigners to perform military service.
The German army has struggled to meet recruitment goals, while at the same time, the government is extremely pro-migrant. Strack-Zimmermann said the German government must “think much more European.”

It is therefore conceivable “that soldiers without a German passport could obtain this more quickly through successful service in the Bundeswehr,” Strack-Zimmermann said to the Rheinische Post newspaper on Monday.
The new proposal would also allow recruits to obtain citizenship in an expedited process, although it is unclear whether recruitment of foreign nationals would apply to a global pool of people or just fellow Europeans.”

So the Muslim immigrants not already versed in firearms management will be trained by their hosts in their use.

I see.

The SPD and especially, the Greens are immigration-crazy and decidedly anti-German in every aspect of their policies. They would rather see Islamic state militia training in Germany and than an actual Germany army, simply because the IS guys are not German and thus, by definition, not right wing aka Nazis.

Quote from the linked-to article:

In an attempt to justify the move, the government claimed […] it was necessary and fair that foreigners should be able to participate in all aspects of society after arriving in the country.

They usually refer to the fundamental human right of being allowed to vote and that a democracy would only be democracy if everyone who’s resident has a right to vote. As German living in England, I have no right to vote here because I’m German and no right to vote in Germany because I’m living in England. Apparently, Germans living as foreigners in other countries are democratically not so important as foreigners living in Germany.

I can’t understand why anybody is surprised by these stories. The end game is to destroy the country, and it’s going perfectly to plan.

I am not surprised at all john. The end game is to destroy the country indeed.

Just letting that thought sink in – what unimaginable levels of hate must consume those engaged in the process. We are talking off the scale anti-human and even anti-planet hatred.

Truly evil. Satanic even as Archbishop Vigano constantly tells us.

Destroy everything and start again, but where we had freedom, peace and prosperity we will have slavery, war and poverty. If we are here at all.
