Sex education has been suspended in Isle of Man schools after a drag queen allegedly told 11-year-olds that there are 73 genders. The Telegraph’s Louisa Clarence-Smith has more.
The Isle of Man government has launched an independent review of its personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) curriculum after parents raised the alarm about the “graphic, disproportionate, indecent presentation” of sexual acts and different gender identities understood to have been taught in lessons.
Parents of pupils at Queen Elizabeth II High School in Peel, on the Isle of Man, have reported that Year 7 pupils were taught by a drag queen who told them there are 73 genders.
When one “upset” child responded and said “there’s only two”, the drag queen allegedly responded “you’ve upset me” and made the pupil leave the class.
Some 11 year-olds at the school were taught about oral and anal sex, while another group learned about sex change operations and were shown how skin graft taken from a girl’s arm could be used on an artificial penis, according to reports.
“A lot of children are just too traumatised to even talk to their parents,” Eliza Cox, vice-chairman of Marown Commissioners, told Energy FM Isle of Man. “As a parent, you don’t know what children are being taught.”
She said that one teacher on the island had told her she had to teach a group of boys and girls in Years 7 and 8 how to masturbate. Another teacher was said to be so uncomfortable with the content of the PSHE curriculum that they told pupils: “Please don’t listen to me” while they taught the lesson.
A petition by parents of pupils at Queen Elizabeth II High School has been launched calling for an “immediate investigation into the alleged actions of teachers delivering the age-inappropriate material to children”.
The petition, addressed to the school’s headteacher and signed by more than 500 people, stated: “We consider the attendance of a ‘drag queen’ in class and alienating students clearly confused about the information discussed during this session wholly inappropriate.
“How, who and why was this guest speaker permitted to discuss gender issues to an inappropriate child audience by an inexperienced and untrained adult?”
The Isle of Man Government said it would commission an independent review to “gain an independent understanding of what has taken place”.
Julie Edge, Minister for Education on the island, said the Department of Education, Sport and Culture has “taken the decision to pause all RSE delivery across primary and secondary schools, and will be unable to comment further until the facts have been established”.

Parents have to rise up and demand sackings starting with the person who introduced this PSHE crap. Surely now enough is enough.
All PSHE classes MUST be abandoned forthwith and for good.

This is one of the many reasons, in October 2020, we took our two children, then 8 and 10 years old, out of the British “Education” System. For good.

Gender is an artificial category. It’s basically about roles people chose to play in public and in principle, considering that no two people are alike, there are as many genders as there are people on this planet. Which nicely illustrates why it’s entirely pointless as system for categorization. The very notion that humans are inherently limited by pre-existing social stereotypes is also quite seriously regressive.
So they’re going to “gain an independent understanding” and then no doubt “lessons will be learned” so that’s ok then.
How did it even reach the point where a pervert is allowed to get near children to spout lies about tens of ‘genders’?
I know we are literally turning into clown world right now, but every time this drag queen reading stuff comes up, I am always left baffled as to the ‘why’. Aside from what increasingly appears to be grooming of children by adults, aside from the excessively and unnecessary sexual content for children – simply, why?
What is so spectacular and informative to be putting drag queens in front of a classroom?
Totally not my cup of tea, I’ve never understood the appeal, but there are people who do find this entertaining, different strokes and all that. But you wouldn’t bring the Chippendales or the local pole dancer or streetwalker to read to the class, so why drag queens? What educational purpose do they serve? There is a difference between allowing children to ask questions about such adult activities and providing them with honest, straightforward answers, but this is presenting them as a kind of role model. Why? If this is what someone wants to do when they grow up, I have no doubt they will find their own way there.
The drag queen reading hour is not new, I believe it’s been around for some years now and drifted over from the States – but still – why? Why would anyone think this provides anything worthwhile to young children? It would probably be more informative to drag in someone doped out of their mind on meth or smack to show kids what they don’t want to be, but that would (rightly) be deemed inappropriate.
I do believe that blowback is coming and it is going to be quite phenomenal and a lot of mixed-up people who are being used are the ones who are going to pay the price.
Why? It’s to make ordinary people despair. It’s a message from the progressivists saying ‘We’re the ones in charge now; your children are ours.’
They serve the educational purpose of exposing pupils to the politically correct gender theory and also, to ensure that they get the politically correct sex education as early as possibe (ie, prepubescent masturbation is being taught). That’s in order to prevent that their parents and society at a large turn them into Really Evil People[tm] who think about this like society at a large still mostly does.
This is not about teaching kids useful stuff. It’s about brainwashing them into people always thinking in the politically correct way because that’s the only frame of reference for interpreting the world they’ve ever learnt.
Why? Evil. Simple.
Don’t try to understand it.
When something grates as this does, when something strikes so completely against all our human sense, you have to trust your instinct. It is, that is all. Spend no time questioning it.

Sexual fetishists are working to get access to kids through things like Drag Queen Story Hour, not because of some deeply held desire to help kids appreciate books and reading, but so they can indoctrinate them with “queer” ideology, sexualise them with graphic depictions of sex acts and gender reassignment and normalise what isn’t normal. How is this not orchestrated grooming?

The German Green party used to have gremium for paedophilia which got formally disbanded due to a public outcry in the late 1980s or early 1990s. Finally the State had abused children for 3 years now, Parents have gone along with and participated in the abuse, locking up, masking, testing, injections, denial of socialisations, verbal abuse from politicians such as Matt Hancock, denial of education etc. Now the abuse continues again with the participation of many parents in the sexualisation and grooming of children. Our society is frankly depraved, and the Government and the Education system is the source of the depravity
