- “The Mainstream Begins to See Lockdowns were a Catastrophe” – According to study by the World Bank, published in Nature, lockdowns and the response to COVID-19 have pushed an additional 75 million people into extreme poverty – though inevitably they blame this on “the pandemic”, writes Michael Senger on his Substack page.

- “The BBC gets new orders: back trans rights, ignore women” – James Kirkup in the Spectator says Ofcom’s report on the BBC’s impartial coverage of trans issues not only fails entirely to mention women’s legitimate concerns, but effectively tells the corporation that its coverage doesn’t lean far enough towards the pro-trans side. And this is the regulator the Tories are so keen to hand new powers to over online content.
- “I Criticized BLM. Then I Was Fired” – The data about police shootings just didn’t add up, but no one at Reuters wanted to hear it, writes Zac Kriegman, the news agency’s former head of data, on Common Sense.

Has anyone noticed how the blame is currently very much being pinned on the AstraZeneca jab? Feels like AZ is:
Yep, in a world where TPTB can no longer support the narrative that the “jabs” are 100% safe and effective, how can they placate the masses so to continue the “treatment”.
The simple propaganda is always the most effective…..yes, THIS jab is a bit iffy, best to stick to all the alternatives to help others/avoid serious illness or death/save granny (delete as applicable).
It’s almost like one type of energy, (fossil fuels) is bad for the planet, but all those “nice children mining scarce mineral in Africa” types of energy are super safe for the planet.
I must have said it thousands of times in the last few years…..people must be thick.
As George Carlin once remarked “Imagine how stupid the average person is, then remember for them to be the average, half of everyone else needs to be even more stupid.”
Actually has anyone claimed that they are either 100% safe or 100% effective? It would be a very brave or stupid person to make those claims about any medication. Even something as common as paracetamol has side effects and doesn’t work for everyone.
Yes! The CEO of Pfizer actually LOL!!
Albert Bourla
@AlbertBourla
Excited to share that updated analysis from our Phase 3 study with BioNTech also showed that our COVID-19 vaccine was 100% effective in preventing #COVID19 cases in South Africa. 100%! https://pfizer.com/news/press-release/press-release-detail/pfizer-and-biontech-confirm-high-efficacy-and-no-serious…
April 1 2021.
Do you think it was a coincidence it was April 1st……LOL!
It’s interesting but for any medication, be it for humans or animals, US TV adverts list every possible side effect. “This product may cause upset stomach, bleeding, …. death”
Of corse John, but you have to remember this is a magic vaccine, made from unicorns…it doesn’t need trials for efficacy or safety, it’s 100% effective, and there are no damaging side-effects….
Everybody says so…..
Devi Shirdar did, on national television……unless I imagined it.
I wouldn’t know, but it is impossible for them to claim 100% effective, all it needs is for it to be ineffective in one person,( I refer to Einstein’s comment when told that 100 scientists didn’t agree with his theory) as I know of four who were vaccinated but developed CoViD19 subsequently, clearly it is not 100% effective.
John, thanks for the lecture. Given that I’m not an idiot though I already knew that it was not possible to claim 100% effectiveness….however more than one person on this thread has now informed you that they DID.
I’m not sure of the point you are trying to make here, but I’m out.
Apologies I wasn’t meaning to patronise you. Basically I was calling out any one who states 100% effectiveness as being liars if they’ve said it in public, they’re also incredibly stupid. I actually hadn’t realised that people had said that outright.
Only a stupid person – meet your fellow citizens.
ALL Governments and ‘experts’, media and other stooges, made that claim but in fairness, none of the pharmas did.
In the US right now the claim is the vaccines are 100% for children as approval has been given for 0 – 5 year olds.
Salve Festa dies (to borrow a phrase)!
There’s an interesting story (to put it mildly!) from “America” on Life Site News:
US Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade in historic ruling – LifeSite (lifesitenews.com)
Pro-life activist Patrick Kelly sums up the issue (in the context of Ireland – “Ireland’s Gain”, 2011) thus:
“Restrictive laws on abortion have enabled the birth rate in the Republic and Northern Ireland to remain much higher than the European average. Today the Irish birth rates are near to replacement level and Ireland benefits from a more youthful demographic profile with less dependence on immigration than other European countries…
“…it is because abortion rates are low among Irish women that Ireland shows a low incidence of maternal and infant conditions known to be abortion sequelae: still births, low weight births,… preterm or premature births, cerebral palsy and maternal deaths. Ireland also benefits from low incidence of breast cancer and comparatively good health among women and a low incidence of certain diseases of the immune system, to which low abortion rates have contributed. Liberalisation of abortion laws in Ireland can be expected to result in higher abortion rates and a corresponding deterioration in respect of these conditions affecting the health of women.”
Whether one believes Patrick is right or wrong, I can pretty much guarantee that you won’t hear these arguments on the “impartial” BBC, who seem to want to portray pro-lifers as indifferent or hostile to women’s issues. Also we should note that in the UK, nearly a quarter of fourteen year old girls are said to be self-harming; nearly half of young women have mental health problems. If the right to have one’s child killed (or be pressured or coerced into doing so, often by male relatives or employers,), it has to be asked why women and girls are suffering so much. It is precisely so that we can get to the truth on such matters that free speech and open discussion of such issues is vital.
I should add that to me this represents a victory over the woke mob who seem to have done everything they can to put pressure on judges (and never mind that black children are disproportionately victims of these killings). Also that South Dakota, which stood firm on human rights during the shamdemic has been one of the first states to guarantee the lives of its children (and welfare of their mothers). A slippery slope when human rights, real rights, get denied!

This OffGuardian piece is interesting too…so are some of the comments, it’s obviously something that pushes peoples buttons, and possibly the real points are being lost in the hysteria?
https://off-guardian.org/2022/06/24/is-roe-v-wade-really-about-abortion/
Short answer, I think, is it’s about state rights and the “U.S.” constitution. In short, what sort of country they are.
As has been noted by others, individual states of the “U.S.” have more freedom to make their own laws than member states of the EU, certainly on some issues.
My opinion on this is that it’s clear that different people have different beliefs. It’s partly why we have countries because not everyone wants to live under the same set of rules.
The people who seem overly upset about this, and many other topics in general, tend to be the ones who want everyone to live under their belief system without compromise. Ironically, they will also be the first to cry Fascist if something goes against them.
My understanding is that abortions are not being completely banned in the US, only past a certain point of foetus development with different states setting individual parameters. This would appear to be in line with many other countries across the world.
Regardless, if you truly believe in choice then you should accept that there are people who choose to live differently to yourself.
My understanding (though I could be wrong) is that states will be more or less free to make their own rules and thus while some v states will more or less ban it, other states might potentially move even further to doing this on demand up to birth (or indeed, as the dreadful Ann Furedi apparently would have it, after birth).
The whole point of the “United States” was surely to be a safe haven for different points of view, originally non-conformists from England, but many others since then, notably the Mormons in Utah, and our old “vaccine” free friends the Amish. Their constitution has certainly allowed control groups to flourish.
Tut-tut. There seems to be hindsight a-plenty. “…Covid jabs ‘saved 20 million’…” is right there on TrialSiteNews, which is worth scrutiny, if only for the WHO/Bill and Melinda connection.
If Imperial did the modelling, you might as well let the cat walk across your calculator and see what number it leaves behind.
Good analogy

A new model from Imperial – that’s like Eddie Izard with a new joke. And about as funny.
“Johnson’s flaws may be ‘hard-wired’, but he’s still morally to blame”
Am I the only one who does not give a fig for Johnsons ‘morals’. He isn’t a Bishop. He’s Prime Minister. His job is to get stuff done. We can put up with the rest, if he is good at the former.
Where are my reading glasses? I read “inveterate l**r” as “invertebrate”…
L**r or spineless, if he’s ousted, we could be worse off…
“It’s time to say goodbye to the LGBTQ+ flag”
The notion that humans are simple enough to divide into big groups based on sexuality, or skin pigmentation or anything else for that matter is ridiculous. We are far more complex, an infinite number of parameters that could be used to define us. In the end, you realise that each person is a minority, a minority of one. Unique, individual human beings. Take the flags outside and burn them.
To be fair, the alphabet people flag probably makes as much sense as the “BAME ‘community’ “.
Hasn’t it now got bits of the Ukraine flag mixed in with it?
Probably…
‘Our Russian strategy has backfired’
Impossible.
There is no Russian strategy, as General Lord Richards pointed out the other day.
What has backfired is ‘the peace dividend’, appeasement and the avarice of politicians/political cronyism.
If you wish for peace, then prepare for war.
‘Our Russian strategy has backfired’
In fact what has backfired is the incompetence of our leaders encapsulated in the bovine stupidity of lockdowns, the incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan and the pursuit of ‘democratic’ socialism.
It’s not often that I read something that encapsulates the stupidity of the West/EU/Green Agenda…all in one, but this might be it….

Regarding the 58 year old with a diagnosis of GBS, he was in hospital an inordinately long time. It makes me wonder how long it took for a diagnosis. The cases I’ve seen the diagnosis is pretty rapid, pins and needles in both feet with a creeping paralysis on both sides starting at the feet and working upwards gives GBS as the first differential in any diagnosis. He must have had a particularly aggressive form.
GBS is not caused by a vaccine or an infection directly as it is caused by the immune system, this could just as easily occurred with the flu vaccine or gastroenteritis.
The treatment includes i/v immunoglobulin (antibodies) from a healthy donor or plasmapheresis. The fact that he was previously healthy has no bearing on the development of the condition but on his recovery targets.
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/guillain-barre-syndrome/
He was previously healthy and was taken to hospital two days after his vaccination!
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccination-guillain-barre-syndrome-information-for-healthcare-professionals/information-for-healthcare-professionals-on-guillain-barre-syndrome-gbs-following-covid-19-vaccination
Since all adults in the UK have been offered a coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine, a certain number of cases of GBS would be expected to occur co-incidentally following vaccination. Cases following COVID-19 vaccination have been reported in the UK and internationally and investigations are ongoing to establish if the rate of reported cases is above what would be expected in the population and whether there is evidence of an association with these vaccines.
According to VAERS, GBS is a ‘vaccine-associated adverse event of historical interest’.
So very much ‘caused’ by vaccination.

Look at UK Yellow card, VAERS, EUDRA, over 75.000 deaths, over 3.000.000 injuries on those alone. All in just over one year, Red Flags in their millions…all being ignored…You believe what you want but I suspect you are on the wrong forum…..
It’s not a case of belief, this was about GBS in one particular case, from a pathophysiological point of view. As you are widening the scope then a significant number of reactions are also immune system mediated, such as SLE, thrombocytopenia or other autoimmune disorders.
It’s possible that the mechanism that exists to prevent the immune system from running out of control may be being suppressed in some people.
My point is that from the massive amounts of ‘red flags’ there is something patently happening on a massive scale with these gene therapies. Which are killing and injuring people on a scale never seen before ..when comparing in a like for like way with other ‘vaccines’…..I can’t be bothered to even discuss this any more, it’s so flaming obvious.
As for GBS….
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2791533
Conclusions and Relevance In this cohort study of COVID-19 vaccines, the incidence of GBS was elevated after receiving the Ad.26.COV2.S vaccine. Surveillance is ongoing.
We can exchange studies all day long…but I know where I stand.
This is not gene therapy it cannot alter your DNA. The studies I provided were from a search specifically chosen to predate the pandemic to show that ordinary vaccines can induce GBS, that’s all. Of course surveillance is ongoing, it is for every drug and treatment that exists. If a person has an adverse reaction to a beta blocker then they can still report it through the yellow card system.

A first class article from Toby Rogers.
The level of corruption is off the scale but it is now being revealed. I have in the past occasionally fallen for the ‘flu “vaccines,” never again.
Hi JB, two good articles, the second one in Welt said…”BioNTech is putting pressure on the approval of its new vaccine against omicron. The company only wants to submit animal data for approval and refrain from clinical studies on humans. Not only the head of the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut Klaus Cichutek is critical of this.”
Doh!……I should think even the stupidest person would be critical but I can’t help but suspect that the same people who took the others will throw themselves forward for the next giant experiment!?

Michelle Obama wakes up from two-year coma
Michelle Obama 19 hrs ago
I am heartbroken today.
I am heartbroken for people around this country who just lost the fundamental right to make informed decisions about their own bodies.
Me: Only today you’re heartbroken that “people around this country who just lost the fundamental right to make informed decisions about their own bodies”? Biden’s mandatory vaxxing and mask wearing wasn’t made today: my body my choice, your body your choice. But you can’t cherry pick choices; body autonomy on all things or none at all.
Out of curiosity I looked up abortion laws in the UK and if current hysterics are to be believed, the UK is in need of Roe vs Wade as abortions are “banned” here too.
According to NHS:
Women have no rights here either it would seem.
I’m fairly sure other countries are similar with the main difference being the time before it becomes too late.
Did you also read the data that 88% of abortions are before 9 weeks and 95% before 15 weeks and only 1% above 20 weeks?
So a non-problem.
Women have the same Rights as men. Nobody has a Right to a medical intervention, nor should they.
But we all do have Rights to decide how our society is regulated – called consensus. Some agree with unrestricted abortion, some agree with limited abortion, some disagree under any circumstance. So that’s why we have Parliament to figure out a compromise as there is no ‘right’ answer or answer that will satisfy everybody.
And, it is legal for a woman to get an abortion for any reason at any time up to term, but it is illegal for anyone to carry out an abortion outside what is legislated.
Passive v active Rights.
I did see that. My impression is that a lot of abortions are used as a form of contraceptive after the event.
Either way, they’re not “banned” and if that’s what people choose to do then they still can up to a point.
I can’t see what the problem is tbh.
It used to be 28 weeks, but advances in neonatal care meant that preterm babies of 25-28 weeks were able to survive. Thus it was reduced to 24 weeks.
When the abortion act first came in it could only be done in very specific circumstances.
The morning after pill is available for up to 72 hours post intercourse providing there’s no pregnancy.

If you experienced side effects after your first dose, you still need to have the second dose as having both offers you the most protection.

Glastonbury Festival….
We’re very excited to announce that Greta Thunberg will be making a special appearance on the Pyramid Stage at around 5.15pm today. Don’t miss it!
No it’s not a joke….
Firkin hell.
I thought I’d watch a bit of YouTube for recreation, so the incredible Gemini and Apollo space programs figured, then the heroic RAF. I did watch Dr.John Campbell’s latest oeuvre, on the rise of Covid, and the influenza in Australia. Then I caught Carl Vernon’s take on that evil parasite Anthony Fauci describing his apparent recovery from whatever it was. And there you have it – the entire spectrum of hope, achievement and scientific triumph. Very sobering.
…in relation to the ‘jabs save a million lives story’, (and I think Will also touches on this in the ‘booster’ article ATL)…(…and even before you think Imperial College and modelling..LOL)….how can this be true when real world data shows that many highly vaccinated countries have more Covid death after vaccination than before?
When does someone get the chance to point out for instance that,
Taiwan, Portugal, and Australia currently rank #1, #2, and #3, worldwide, in covid deaths per capita.
Coincidently, they have fully vaccinated 81%, 87%, and 84% as well as boosted between 50% and 70% of their populations, some of the highest rates in the world.
For the past 50 days in Portugal deaths have been higher this year than either of the previous two years. This is despite being one of the highest vaccinated nations in the world
Another example is Iceland:: 2020/21 had 17 deaths with no vaccinations but in
2021/22 had 55 deaths with very high vaccinations.
There are tons more examples Israel v Palestine…the whole of Africa for goodness sake….
How do they explain this?
Regarding the Polio story.
Polio has not been eradicated so finding it is not a surprise.
Out of interest, I checked Ukraine’s polio situation and apparently their vaccination program needs catching up since last year. Vaccine push in January, probably now got delayed even further.
