If you enjoy the content on the Daily Sceptic, please help us keep the site going by becoming a donor. We’ve tried to persuade companies to advertise on the site, but it isn’t possible because ratings agencies like NewsGuard warn off potential advertisers, claiming we regularly publish ‘misinformation’. As you know, that’s just code for any dissenting point of view that challenges the prevailing orthodoxy, whether it’s about lockdowns, Covid vaccines, climate change, geopolitical conflicts or social justice’. As a result, the only reliable source of revenue for us is donations.
But we’re not asking for something for nothing.
If you donate at least £5/month or £50/year to the Daily Sceptic and create an account, you can then log in and you’ll be entitled to the following benefits:
- You’ll be able to read the additional articles behind our paywall
- You’ll receive those paywalled articles in the daily email newsletter
- You’ll be able to watch or listen to the premium version of the Sceptic, our weekly podcast. (To listen to the premium version on your favourite podcasting app, click on RSS link at the bottom of the page on the site promoting the latest podcast.)
- You’ll be able to access our members-only Discord forum where you may get an opportunity to discuss our latest articles with their authors
- You’ll be able to comment below the line on all our articles
The easiest way to create an account after you’ve made a donation is to click on any article, scroll to the bottom, then click on the box labelled ‘Sign Up’ on the right hand side, making sure you enter the same email address as the one you used when making your donation. Once you’re logged in, you can then start enjoying all the benefits.
If you’re already a donor but cannot access the above perks when you log in, it’s probably because the email address associated with your account doesn’t match the email address you used when you donated. To fix that, just log out, create a new account using the email you used when you donated, and log in again.
If you already have an account on this website but haven’t donated before, make a donation using the same email address associated with your account, log out of your account, then log back in again.
If you already have an account and you’ve donated before and the emails match, but you’ve forgotten your password, you should be able to reset it.
