On the one hand, the lockdowners, led by Delfraissy, are not giving up.
On the other, there is rising popular political opposition. For, in France, we have now returned to the Halcyon Days pre-covid of weekly anti-government demonstrations on Saturdays.
Thanks again Teebs. We need people like you reporting from all countries.
I have a question. Can lockdown opponents identify one another there - that is, without attending protests? For example, some people are promoting the yellow smiiley here. Is there any take-up there?
A question for our French friend: is a long-distance motor vehicle journey a permissible reason to be "outside" during curfew hours? Hauliers could keep driving, I imagine? What about others?

I have not seen anything like this here. Maybe I should make the effort to attend the next anti-lockdown demonstration, instead of protesting at the speakeasy bars. 😳
I suppose one identifier is not wearing a mask.

Yes. If your work requires it, that is an exemption. Not sure if you are driving as part of a "journey" though.
For example, we have someone who has late college classes on Monday, the end at 7, an hour after curfew starts. He has a document showing this. And, of course, public transport and everything else running to accommodate for people such as this. So, everybody who works on public transport is exempt ...
In fact, there are so many exemptions that it is easier to look at the curfew the other way round: "voluntary" or "social" travel is not allowed (unless you are walking the dog, that is).

In the end we drove until 2am with no trouble, many other cars on the roads, in fact.
Another question: what are the laws about numbers gathering, or households mixing?
Laws (or enforceable), not just recommendations. If they differ.
Merci!
