The Johns Hopkins Uni data (hell knows where they get it) shows the infection rate has made a hop skip and jump in recent days, however we interpret this strange data, infections have not doubled since Dec 24, but they are close, so I'll say it's doubling time is a week, with new estimates standing at ~250k per day new 'case' discoveries. So it is fair to say omicron (which is 90% of it ) is rife. Let us say the real rate is half a million per day, best guess, so by mid Jan, we should assume that all Colds and sniffles are Omicron except those that are flu. And this is my question and point. At what point will the flu be the real priority? This will test Vallance and Whitty, they will need to prioritise one over the other in the very near future, since, in most things. If everything is a priority, nothing is a priority. I sense they have already chosen, since isolation time is being incrementally reduced as the impact of the covid19 monomania becomes destructive.
It is becoming increasingly apparent that. At this rate everybody will soon be exposed to covid19, but the question will remain which is most lethal to our loved ones? It will be interesting the Whiity and Valence are on the spot over this.
