Yes Miahoneybee it is nice to see the everyday person standing up against brutality and for democracy against the prevalence of pure evil in our midst.
However l would always say this form of protest should always be peaceful and should not transcend into the unsavoury scenes witnessed in Bristol yesterday evening, such scenes are detrimental to the aims of the everyday law abiding person, who appear stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea at this present moment in history.

I agree speedstick.. the pocket of violence at bristol has been suggested as a set up to invite police brutality.. I saw a mostly peaceful protest..
The MSM as we know are selective with their content and reporting..

Great link MHB. Seeing the ex-military standing like that stood the hairs up on the bag of my neck and brought back memories of the unbreakable strength of unity. A very peaceful line ‘drawn in the sand’ with a clear assertive statement of ‘do not fuck with us’.

I acknowledge your comments Speedstick about Bristol étal and hold the hope that this isn’t the way forward. However, here comes the ‘but’!...But, IMO our toes now touch the line in the sand, our hierarchy of needs is being crushed and way of life dissolved. The fight, flight or freeze volatility is extremely high. In the last 12 months so much damage and ugliness, but it is what it is so adaptation is necessary. I’ll continue to stand peacefully with others, will always try and advocate peaceful resolution through debate and democracy. But this requires an open two way respectful process which has been unilaterally shut down. I feel it’s important that one decides in their own way ‘when enough is enough’ and then back this. Metaphorically speaking, beneath my innocuous jumper I wear the t-shirt with ‘do not fuck with me or those stood with me’. Rightly or wrongly I will fiercely defend it (again and again) if necessary to ultimately promote democracy and liberty in the long run.

Tis the start of our "Summer of Discontent" and will lead into a very "Dark Winter" to come.

It would seem to me unfortunately that we are past the point of no return. The truth is just too painful for the masses to accept.

A comforting lie is much more palatable to the masses than an inconvenient/painful truth.

Things can only escalate from here. The plans are accelerating. The "old normal" is long gone. Fasten your seatbelts its gonna get scary IMHO...
