Hi
new here so I hope I'm posting correctly.
Someone mentioned over 80 being required to shield. My mum is 82, her best mate is 85, neither have heard of this.
She did get a few oddballs telling her the police would stop her entering a supermarket...!
She is very lonely, we both are, having each other as a bubble is no substitute for a real life.

The shielding advice is for "clinically extremely vulnerable". Its not based on age.
