I don't ever wear a mask but am wondering if there any test cases yet for people that have refused to pay them? There was a police officer outside my local Sainsbury's a couple of days ago just standing at the entrance. I was on my way out without a mask and they didn't see me but wondered what might happen if I just refused to pay it.
Are there any documented cases that have gone to court and reached conclusion? Couldn't find anything from Google.

I walked in and out unmasked in shops today past security guards and one policeman who looked directly at me but said nothing ( I was waiting). Re your post I dont know but I am interested. Wasnt there headlines the other day hundreds of fines handed out in one day at a court in wales?
