Apart from the Black Sea, Russia has a single  ice-free port kaliningrad in the Baltic.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaliningrad

In  2007 Russia  warned that if US-controlled defence systems were deployed in Poland, then nuclear missiles  would  be deployed in Kaliningrad to defeat that plan. In  2008 Russia said that  missiles inKaliningrad were  likely . These plans were suspended in 2009. So it looks like there soon  might  again  be nuclear armed cruise missiles in the Baltic. And since Kaliningrad is sovereign Russian territory there is nothing the West whatsoever can do about it . So Russia will park more tanks on our lawn due to dumbass hostile manoeuvering by the thick American neocons who run NATO. All of this could be so easily avoided with a tiny amount of common sense.
