It's difficult to know if the guilty public representatives are a tiny cabal or a larger group. Either way, they need to face credible consequences. Not being re-elected seems like getting away with it.

I was disappointed to see that it was just a few councillors (Labour, to boot) who passed the vote of no confidence in the governmental groper.
The local Conservative association appeared ready to stand by him, if I understand correctly. Dear God....
