I'm a lawyer from Maldon in Essex.
Thankfully my workplace is fairly robust and mask-wearing is only "advised" for "best practice" while walking around the office but not sat at your desk, and there's hand sanitiser at the entrance (which I can get behind frankly given how filthy some of the surfaces on public transport and other places in my locale are) and several of my colleagues are grumbling about it. The attitude the firm seems to be taking is more "let's put some things in place to defray legal liability" rather than full on doomerism.
Anyone else from my corner of the world about?
Just outside Chelmsford area.
Am not denying sars cov 2 but the government web page showed not a high consequence virus reports on 19 March 2020.
I understand the average age of death from c19 is around normal life span age.
I studied some data for non covid excess deaths in first wave and have been concerned that the stress of lockdown measures will cause many more non covid deaths in long run than covid itself.
Jonathan Sumption previously of Supreme Court has spoken out. I feel fundamental laws have been turned upside down for a relatively low mortality virus. The shock has been detrimental in many ways and the economic fallout is already underway.

Am less than an hour from you, Bremer, and into Suffolk. Whatever, and whoever... is local, and 'where it's at' eh?
Please keep me posted 'locals'.
