I have added the links for you. FWIW, let's look at the scoreboard on 31 January:

Pfizer/BioNTech: 1/325 adverse reactions, 1/46,154 deaths
Oxford/AstraZeneca: 1/255 adverse reactions, 1/33,333 deaths

The majority of fatal reactions (for all vaccines) are described as 'death', 'sudden death' or 'clinical death'. Is the Yellow Card reporting system actually useful in terms of fully understanding the potential risks of the vaccines?

It is if people bother filling it in.
Thats the weak point.

So looks like pretty much in line with CDC VAERS numbers then. The most recent VAERS numbers for the US were about 1/48000 deaths for the Pfizer vaccine.

So around 70x the Influenza vaccine numbers.

Would be very interesting to see the demographics of deaths. If the UK is the same as the US with 50% plus deaths among over 65's. Also would be interested to see how many people with dementia are in that number. Still around 10% in the US. So no informed consent for those vaccinations.
