I wholeheartedly agree, the irritating government/SAGE view is that the last peak in your plot would have been much taller and that there would be another great peak at the end, had they not ordered lockdown. They enjoy your plots, they congratulate themselves that those tall peaks they feared are totally absent. It has been surprisingly hard to dislodge them from that view, so thanks for trying, the way the virus waxes and wanes coarsely matches the times of their lockdowns. And of course they then claim the thousands of deaths that they claim (from models ) would have happened were only saved by wise government action.They regard themselves are heroic, you see, and that is how things are, and until their story departs markedly from reality, there is nothing we can do but wait for their story to fall apart, if it ever does. We have God on our side, but so far God has chosen to remain silent.
