Establishing who you are is fine for circumstances where for security reasons and so on its needed.
Thats a far cry from having to potentially disclose medical information, financial information or anything to live daily life.
We are discussing authentication not disclosure.
Disclosure is a different topic.
So I don't quite get what you mean here. Should it be necessary to retrieve medical information, authenticating your correct identity is paramount, it is no use getting data for somebody else. And it is no use allowing a third party to pose as you.
To whom you disclose your information depend on who wants it and why, so it is necessary for that person to establish their correct identity.
You both have to show your correct identities, for the information to be useful! Or would you prefer to grant access to your medical information, financial information or anything to unauthenticated strangers? This works two ways.
Not sure what Dr Yeadon has to do with vaccine passports.
He predicted the virus has waned when it was running at similar levels as today. He was wrong on that occasion. Hence perhaps you are wrong to say:
the risk from the virus seems to be on the wane long before the end of the roadmap is even in sight.
The govt's own data suggests the virus is on the wane. That's a non scientific phrase;
it's immaterial, the authentication framework is independent of this particular virus. I suspect it will be a public authentication framework, that can be used by third party authorization systems, such as medical records, door locks, burglar alarms, banking systems, car ignition systems, insurance records, social media applications, car parks, e-commerce systems, whatever, they call it the Great Reset, or the 4th Industrial revolution. The 4th Industrial Revolution depends heavily on a robust public authentication framework.

Who i am for security reasons is authentication.
Vaccine "passports" are medical records. They're completely unconnected with the question of who you are.
In the UK for daily life you aren't required to prove who you are at all unless suspected of an offence.
There's no requirement to carry around cards, papers, authorisations and no sanction to life if you fail to do so.

If that were true then your medical records would not be your medical records. They are intrinsically connected to you and only you.
That's the point of an authentication framework; to ensure your medical records are intrinsically connected to you and only you. It's very simple.
In the UK for daily life you aren't required to prove who you are at all unless suspected of an offence.
Nice. Try to check your bank balance without identifying yourself. Please let me know how you get on.
Last I checked i did not need to be subjected to an experimental cocktail of chemicals injected into my bloodstream in order to check my bank account. Fact is Vaxx passes/ Digital Id is on a whole new level to current systems of "control".
You can't compare for example needing a drivers licence to prove who you are for a bank account to being required to be injected with experimental gene juice in order to "qualify" to nip round asda for a loaf and pint of milk ffs!
