I am sure I saw a link in a BTL comment on an LDS article a couple of weeks ago which suggested it is possible to self-declare an exemption from being vaccinated (in much the same way as masks) and that this would be recorded in the NHS app.
The implication was that when the vax passes are inevitably introduced, one could simply scan a QR code with the NHS app and it would allow entry the same as someone who has been fully vaccinated.
On one hand, this seems a little too good to be true.
On the other, I can't see how the government could roll out passports without having a mechanism in place for people to prove exemption via the app. I can't see the system being administered by GPs. Even if 1% of the population are exempt that is still 600k people who would need to be assessed. Therefore, the only alternative would be self-declaration.

I have recovered from Covid and paid £70 for a private antibody test to confirm that I have antibodies consistent with prior infection or vaccination. I therefore see no point in getting vaccinated, even if the risks of side effects are small as even this small risk would violate the precautionary principle.
I also have a heart-condition which I believe should allow for a valid exemption given the known risks around myocarditis.
No one knows. They (govt/NHS/Tony Blair and other interested parties) will no doubt ensure the only exemptions are existing conditions within a narrow range signed off by a doctor.
And how will anyone get that whilst NHS doctors refuse to do their job properly and only operate remotely.

It is, legally, consistent with all the previous bumf about private exemption. If it helps, one could create a suitable badge with an appropriate QR on it (I’m not suggesting what to include in it; I’ll leave that to your imagination).
Warnings about possible communication from your solicitor might be useful, if the worst comes to the worst - e.g. discrimination, and so on.
I’m glad you’ve taken the trouble of finding out that you might already have dealt with the real problem in the recent past. I’m in a similar position, without delving into the details. It is difficult to access any proper independent advice on this subject.
I think that before even thinking about Vaccine Passports everyone should read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I also think that people should look at what is happening in countries such as Israel who have vaccinated almost all of their population. Not only are they suffering a spike in Covid cases and deaths. They have also introduced a booster shot. For some people these means they will have 3 shots in one year. They were among the first to introduce the Vaccine Passport and people did not realise it has an expiry date and is only renewed providing you have the vaccines.
This is what is being rolled out across the world. You do not get a life-time pass to take part in society and the economy because you have had been fully vaccinated with two shots. You get a pass until they decide they want to inject you with another experimental drug, then if you choose not to have the drug, you will be excluded from society. That is the final.
Please research the fourth industrial revolution where Charles Klaus makes it very clear that this time it will not be things that change but people.
This vaccine is part of the process of changing people in order to connect them biologically with the internet.
This is how all commerce and life will be conducted in future, by direct biological interaction with the internet. You will not hold a Smartphone but have an implant that will control all aspects of your life. From mood, love-life, banking everything.
The drug is not about saving people from a coronavirus.
They don't care how many of us die or get seriously injured. That is obvious. Their objective is to alter us as a species.
