V for Vendetta

It seems to me that this scenario matches the one presented in the movie. A pandemic was created, it was spread throughout the UK, the Norsefire Party exploited the crisis to win power, and enacted a dictatorship over the UK. The same thing seems to be inadvertently happening in Britain, with dysfunctional policies and fearmongering dominating the country. The reimposition of lockdown with no notice is clear proof you all are living under an autocracy, the final state of the political class and elites revealed. They have revealed themselves to be no different than any other demagogue or would be leader like Trump, focused on fear and ambition. It seems to me that in Britain's darkest hour, a hero must emerge to bring hope and undermine the establishment. And who better than V.

Trump isn’t focused on fear and ambition, if you open your eyes you can see that.

He’s the first US leader in living memory not to start a war. So my son isn’t going to get dragged into something that’s going to kill him all for a political game.

What trump is doing right now is fighting a coup attempt by the deep state. It’s a slow motion crisis that’s happening under the cover of the deep state. Most people are not aware of it because it’s being covered up by MSM propaganda.

In terms of the US, watch this space and buy popcorn, nothing has happened yet.

In terms of the U.K., yeah, there’s an agenda, and that hasn’t happened yet either. Some of the population are scared enough for them to force change, but a lot are just very angry so things are going to get interesting soon.

I don't like Trumps personality, but I've moved away from "orange man bad". He is a good leader who knows how to play opponents against each other. He also seems to care about America more than caring about the latest coolest "woke" policies.

I am hoping for change in the UK. The reasons given for the endless lockdowns are getting more and more wishy washy. Imo they have gone on for so long and have caused financial misery and mental health misery to many that they are bordering on criminal.

Wasn't there a TV show in the 1970s/80s called "V"? Something to do with lizards in human form.
