My online passenger locator form would not allow me to enter my covid test kit reference number.
There was no number to call, nobody who could help with the matter.
As my flight was same day I decided to buy another test to try a different reference number, costing me £35. Not going to break my bank but a completely unnecessary expense that I can't really afford.
I managed to get the passenger locator form to accept my new reference number.
Once it was complete I went back through the steps with the intent of recording a short video to demonstrate it refusing my original reference number.
Obviously, the form then accepted my original reference number.
Has anyone else experienced this difficulty?
