Herd immunity arises .. naturally, through vaccination or a combination.

Two ways. I agree with you. But due to lockdown there is no natural route to Herd immunity.

So there is only one way to reach Herd immunity, it's vaccination or never... what else is there to say about it?

It is not clear what the "exit policy" of this mess will be.

Well, the exit must return us to some sort of normal. That means getting rid of the virus.
Since the only way we know to get rid of the virus is via immunity, which means we all have to get exposed to either covid-19 or a vaccine.

positive tests are driving the fear.

Well partly, there are around 550,000 real cases at the moment, which does cause ~ 715 deaths a week really due to covid19.
Will vaccinations address this

The government watches cases, cases in vulnerable groups, admissions, icu admissions and deaths. There will need to be fewer of those before thing get back to normal. Lockdowns prevent the natural buildup of immunity, so the only route out left is vaccination. Splatt suggests that vaccines may not cause any buildup of immunity; I'm not so sure.

Exactly " cases" ...how many of those " cases" even had symptoms?how many were ill?how many were hospitalized? How many recovered?how many icu beds did they take up?how many of those dodgy tests were false positives?how many actually had what used to be known as a common cold?why continue to test healthy people?why not just concentrate on ways of helping the vulnerable ( that's another subject to long to go into but could easily have been managed without the need for this bullshit?) Why are do many countries acting in the same way?same narrative? How many people do you know who have died from the rona?( of it alone) the list goes on..lastly could you list the positives the government have achieved cos I sure as hell could provide a long list of the negative achievements....and a vaccine will make this all go away will it?

It is not clear - and anybody who knows please reply - if someone with a vaccination will still return a positive test? Will it matter if they do? Will people who are vaccinated still be asked to test and re-test and re-re-re-test?

Depending on type of vaccine they could return PCR positive until its been fully broken down by the body. mRNA vaccines a few days typically etc.

PCR is looking for viral RNA not antibody.

Antigen tests will likely show negative after levels have dropped as well.

Once antibodies have been produced and the original vaccine components have gone then no.

This is the same as a covid sufferer now - most screening programmes say no tests within 90 days of having it.

Long term, no they wont test positive if vaccinated.
I am not sure vaccinations will end this.

I dont either. A chunk of people have been sufficiently terrified they'll demand things like social distancing, face rags are maintained.
There are people so terrified by the media narrative they literally wont leave their house now thinking the next person they see is going to infect them.

which means we all have to get exposed to either covid-19 or a vaccine.

Why are you still claiming the vaccines induce immunity when we have no data at all they will and that isnt even part of any of the research goals?

suggests that vaccines may not cause any buildup of immunity; I'm not so sure.

That isn't true.
I said we have NO DATA. Which is the case.
Pfizer cant say, the government admit this.

This isn't me saying this. This is what Pfizer and Oxford say.
Its also what Whitty, Valance and Hancock say.

We have no data and haven't looked. Many vaccines do NOT produce immunity.

If you have better data maybe let Pfizer and Hancock know?
