For freedom to be made conditional on taking a vaccine means you're not free!
I had a tetanus last year, but I'm not going to be made to have a cv19 vax with EMERGENCY approval. Someone who is 80, well then the risk/rewards are very different

Your freedom is not dependent on taking the vaccine, but your safety will be massively helped by lots of other people doing so.

My safety will be fine regardless. I'm young, exercise 4-6 times a week and eat healthy. The conditions I work in are far from hygienic and I can't remember the last time I washed my hands before I ate lunch at work. You will have to excuse me for not being afraid of this flu. I would also point out this doesn't make me superhuman, anyone can, and should do regular exercise and eat best possible diet.

I don't even think the vaxx should be considered here. The clue is in the name. Lockdown sceptics. It's not "lockdown until a vaccine is available sceptics"

In the last few days a very strong pro-vaxx theme has emerged in these discussions.

For people desperate to get out of lockdown, thinking that vaccines are the solution seems very irrational.

It is disturbing and it is coming particularly from the 'hospitality' sector, those who collaborated with Test & Trace, which has led to the high number of 'cases', hence the inflated fatality figures.

I just hope we don't get too many public health freeloaders who are made safe by others who take the vaccine.

It's ironic that we should consider lockdown yet not consider vaccine as a potential way to limit the spread of the virus.

Let me understand, we are not to use lockdowns to limit the spread of the virus, and we are not to use vaccine to limit the spread of the virus, and we are not to use Test & Trace to limit the spread of the virus. Is there anything we can try to limit the spread of the virus?
