I agree - and I think most people would agree. It is for this reason that we need to concentrate on the immediate issue.
This forum is lockdownsceptics. It exists to bring the lockdown and other counter-productive measures to an end.
Conflating this focussed view with such big panoramas will turn away the very people we seek to influence.
I disagree - and I don't see how you can think for 'most people'. The lockdowns are in place and they are destroying economies.
Why are lockdowns in place when so much evidence points to the fact that lockdowns do not work? Why is the UK government concentrating on cases when so much evidence points to the fact that up to 90% PCR tests are false positives? Why is the UK government ignoring contrary scientific evidence? Why is there no opposition to UK government stance (the opposition says go further into lockdown)?

I think we have to stop attributing any level of intelligence to our government. They followed the advice of SAGE. SAGE seems to have got it wrong. The government may well now know that, but what would happen if they turned round and said it's all over folks, it wasn't necessary in the first place? They want to protect their position, so they'll need a scapegoat, or will start taking lockdowns off in the new year claiming it's all calming down. Either way, I don't think it's helpful to start attributing grand schemes to a band of incompetents, who are likely just a subject to whoever consittutes the Global Elite this month as we would be.
