Likewise Splatt, my neighbour (a really nice very articulate, intelligent chap), has since March only left his house once a fortnight, and then dressed in full ppe to visit the supermarket. He has curtains closed 24/7, doesn't answer his door to anybody and leaves all mail untouched for 3 days. Have tried to speak to him (by phone) to allay his fears but sadly the SAGE and MSM message has got through to terrify these people.! He isn't even in a vulnerable group.
So yes people will follow this ridiculous advice, l have first hand experience of it.
But how on earth is that living, surely that is just subjecting yourself to a fate worse than death.
