The introduction of fines for refusal to self isolate - starting at £1,000 for the first offense - will, I believe and hope, lead to the eradication of Test and Trace and therefore the eradication of the casedemic.

If you get a test and the result is positive, you will not receive any medical treatment, you just put yourself in isolation with the risk of a £1,000 fine for breaking it. If the result is negative, there are only limited circumstances when you need an actual test to confirm you don't have the virus at that singular moment in time that you submitted for a test. (Remember, a negative test is not considered sufficient to release you from travel quarantine restrictions, a further test 5 days later was generally suggested as required.)
The same argument applies to leaving your genuine contact details at establishments for the purpose of Track and Trace, or to accept telephone calls from Track and Trace. Calls will come from 0300 0135 000 I suggest you save that to your phone with a note to Do Not Answer.

You mean test that is not testing for the virus right ?! 😀 And how insane ? By the looks of it, regarding how many people have got the test and how many doing test every week, you does not have to be insane, and all it needs is just to be British and you do as you told. Vast majority of the times.

Great Britain is not great anymore since the vast majority of population are bunch of grown up kids, that need to be told what to do and when to do, otherwise they don't know what to do and when to do it.

It is a good policy that, before asking a question, one should decide what one is going to do with the answer.
In this situation, someone else will ask the question, the answer will more than likely be wrong, and what will be done with the answer will be punitive.
If people think that way, then what you say sounds quite plausible.
