A risk with any vaccine. Its a known possibility with any vaccine.

Its also one reason why you dont vaccinate people not at risk from a disease in the first place!

I've been digging through the published literature looking for hard data on serious side-effects from Influenza vaccines. Lots of the expected minor responses but the one hard number I have found so far for a serious side-effects like anaphylaxis with Influenza vaccines is on the order of 1 in 500,000. A very far cry from the 1 in 30 quoted for the SARs CoV 2 vaccine in the slide above.

So the SARs CoV 2 vaccine seem to be at least 10,000 time riskier (of serious side effects) than Influenza vaccines yet as of today my risk of dying of SARs Cov 2 is still much lower than from Influenza A. In any medical ethics risk/benefits equation I do not see how the SARs CoV 2 vaccine is even being considered for deployment. This is a completely political decision made purely for political expediency because with those sort of high risk side effects numbers it most certainly fails any traditional acceptable vaccine medical risk / benefits profile.
