Just say, that you can not scan the code, or don't take your phone with you. They will ask for your name and address or postcode or phone number, which you can make up then. Just don't shout about this too much as the things seems to get banned as soon as they become popular.

Using false people is actually real ! In news when they were showing how badly the hospitals are flooded with covid patients, there was at least 1 incident, where the nurse had on the bed in a front of him a mannequin !
Another, but not completely fake people occasion was recorded in Australia, where employees from the hospital, dressed in civil were queuing outside hospital for test just to make it look busy. They even been told, that they won't be testing them for real LOL.
