COVID-19: Do We Have a Coronavirus Pandemic, or a PCR Test Pandemic? Will the huge rollout of COVID tests help end the pandemic — or assure that it will never end?
I’m not alone is completely distrusting current PCR mass testing.
"Coronavirus is not a pseudo-epidemic, many thousands have died. But the dreaded “second wave” might be a surge of false positive tests that are inevitable in mass screenings of healthy persons.
The CDC limits the primers and probes that may be used for PCR testing. For the viral sequences that may be used for viral surveillance and research, the CDC posts this disclaimer on its website, http://cdc.gov : “Every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the sequences, but CDC cannot provide any warranty regarding their accuracy.”
It’s not only primers which can lead to false positives. The main causes are operator errors. When overworked, less experienced technicians, who’ve never done this work, are asked to do long shifts day after day, even the SLIGHTEST pipetting error can contaminate a work bench for the rest of that shift.
PCR is so powerful an amplifier than as its inventor, Nobel prize winning chemist said something like “just one molecule could be amplified into something. You can literally find anything IN anything. That’s why PCR is great, but used carelessly & interpreted without thought, you can mislead yourself & others”. He was an unusual person. We should heed his warnings. Right now, we are NOT.
We’re taking these results “positive” or “negative” as if it’s gospel. All the other data, no exceptions, say the pandemic is essentially over.
STOP relying ONLY on the PCR test results! Look at the burden of human illness.
Then you see the reality - we do NOT have more people dying of respiratory illness than usual for autumn. Not since June. Five months & counting we haven’t. I can’t believe people don’t look at the weekly ONS reports. Go and look at total all cause mortality. It’s about normal, has been since June.
Now look at respiratory deaths. FEWER than normal for time of year.
People are fixated on this darn PCR test. IT. IS. NOT. RELIABLE.
Honourable doctors have been misled by PCR testing before into thinking there was a huge outbreak of disease when there wasn’t.
We had over 40,000 deaths in spring. I absolutely believe that. I also believe it’s stopped. Just this error prone monster testing system is killing our ability to THINK & to look at the totality of data, starting with review of:
1. How many people have died recently? Is this normal for time of year? Yes.
2. This is a severe acute respiratory virus. How many people have died of respiratory illness? Is this normal for time of year? No. it’s FEWER than normal.
How can we have a lethal pandemic of a respiratory virus sweeping the country & NOT have a huge increase in respiratory deaths.
YOU CAN’T.
The obvious explanation is that THE PCR TEST RESULTS ARE WRONG.
I need everyone with a browser to look for themselves at the data. It’s really just a line of numbers. Remember, as I do, every time you scan a line, those are a count of someone like you, or me, or our parents or heaven help us, our children.
The data tells us in black & white that SAGE is wrong & it’s time to point at this public record & say stop. Because lockdown, doesn’t prevent transmission of respiratory viruses & we don’t have excess respiratory deaths.
The pandemic is over. It’s only SAGE, relying solely on PCR test results & their maths models that say otherwise.
There is no other data anywhere that says anything unusual is happening in our country.

Hugely important. This is the key graph from Sat night lockdown press conference, shown to a primetime TV audience of 15m. It suggests up to 4,000 daily Covid deaths. But now, government is backtracking - refusing to explain the graphs, or publish the studies they came from. Fraser Nelson

From Australia, I'm watching the fast-tracked development of coronavirus vaccines with mounting concern.
Under the Australian Biosecurity Act 2015, refusers of coronavirus vaccination in Australia could be at risk of five years imprisonment and/or a $66,600 fine.
This emergency power has been active since March 2020, and has been extended to December 2020, with the potential for unlimited extensions.
It's possible this emergency power could be extended until a coronavirus vaccine is available, and that people in Australia could be under duress to have coronavirus vaccination, i.e. at risk of imprisonment and/or a huge fine, for a virus which is not a threat to most people under 70.
We need to talk about this...

Everyone living or working in Liverpool will be offered regular covid-19 tests in the first whole city programme in the country - with rapid turnaround tests available across the city from Friday.
Two thousand military personnel will arrive in the city later this week to roll-out a huge programme of hundreds of thousands of tests as Liverpool becomes the centre of the government's new strategy to fight the virus.
