I’m thinking of leaving the uk to avoid what’s so obviously coming down the line for us, then it occurred to me that I wouldn’t know where to go.

Are there any countries not involved in this madness?

Where would it be safe to move to?

It be great to start compiling a list of freedom loving countries

You might be sceptical of my advice, but I pretty sure and confident in this as we (people who watch the guy from there) can see what's going on there from the first row. It's mexico and you can get a help to get there at dollarvigilante.com/mexico
If you wan to know more about him, just check his channel on bitchute, lbry or dtube as youtube has removed quiet few of his videos. He even exposed the fake news from UK, where the claim was: "the ovens never stop burning... Mexico city's crematoriums are overloaded with bodies of covid victims to burn..." He was going to each crematorium and hospital in Mexico city and nothing and even almost all of them been shut. And there is one more place where they offering rent or purchase of your own property, so check it out.

As someone very familiar with what is going on in Mexico, and has been for many decades, I would be very very wary of moving to Mexico unless you really do your homework. And speak Spanish. Preferably Mexicano. The crime situation is very bad. Not as bad as Venezuela but on a par with the nastier parts of South Africa in the areas of Mexico where the full scale narco wars has been ongoing for more than a decade. Which is more than half of the states and large parts of the Federal Territory around Mexico City. I know several very ordinary Mexicans who cannot visit family back in Mexico due to fear of being kidnapped. The enclaves where US and Canadian expats live tend to be safer but the narco war battles between the cartels and the Federeales have a habit of breaking out in some of the safest looking places.

Mexicans are fantastic people but Mexico itself can be a very dangerous place if you dont have local street smarts. The locals will look out for and warn foreigners who are in dangerous places, just like in South Africa, but very bad things can happen to those who are not always on their guard.

As for getting away from the current craziness. Your future plans should be centered on what happens during the economic crash which will inevitably follow. That's the one I'm planning for.

No way I'd go to Mexico!

You're better off chancing your arm in Belarus or Taiwan.

...Assuming they'll let you in.

Watch some of the dollar vigilante videos. Have a look on that link I provided. I'm not saying that Mexico is safe, neither I am saying that you are not right about cartels, but from what I know and seen, the cartels been fighting each other and not civilians. If that would be true of how dangerous Mexico is, Mexicans would be running away all the time. For at least a decade very few people run off from there and those who did, were not running from cartel wars. The wall is not there to protect USA from mexican migrants, but to prevent USA citizens fleeing their country. But anyone, you asked, I replied if you don't like it, you don't like it no need to get mad on me or on what I replied.
Also how do you know for so certain about Mexico that this is exactly what is going on there ? Just don't say news or I will laugh in your face.
If you believe news, you're crazy in my opinion.
News here in UK been claiming "the ovens never stop burning - Mexico city and their overloaded crematoriums got huge piles of covid victims to burn..." and blablabla. Jeff Berwick aka dollarvigilante he lives there and went in every single hospital and crematorium and guess what. Almost all of them closed and those which weren't, they had nothing to do and no piles of bodies.
