Proving recovery - Spain

I have to go to Spain next month and I am trying to avoid having a booster. They say they accept proof of recovery but its not clear how I get a document that proves this and how the process of checking in at the airport with easyjet and going through Spanish immigration works. To be fair it looks confusing what is needed even if you are jabbed.

I have submitted a +ve LTF test to the NHS but it seems that they dont give proof of recovery unless you did one of their PCR tests, which obviously I am not going to do. There are private companies advertising they provide the proof documents but they seem to be vague on if Spain will accept their documents and there doesnt seem to be anywhere I can check that they are approved to issue the docs.

Any guidance would be very welcome.
