Generally I buy the TIMES because it is the least politically biased and least moronic of our newspapers. The past week or so I have been trying to find the numbers of people who have been 'killed' by coronavirus each day. But the TIMES have begun to hide the daily number of deaths - some days, they don't provide them at all. Even the BBC News flashes up the daily figure - even though I've never heard it discussed at all. The BBC concerns itself with the latest regulations from the government, and how to obey them. Yesterday I saw that the 'death figure' was only 5. I wonder whether the figure will reach 1 this week - will it be publicised the way the first death was in March? The 'experts' are suggesting that the death rates are going to shoot up again in the autumn. I hope they're wrong, and I doubt that they'll be right. I'm just an average person, and I'm not a follower of Icke or Piers Corbyn. I don't believe in conspiracy theories, but I do believe in media agendas and in government over-reactions to panics.

I no longer subscribe to the Times, but I still get their Coronarivus newletter by e-mail every day and that includes the deaths. Alternatively, check https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/deaths for the official figures.

I'm a long time Times reader, but in the last six months I've noticed they are moving to a different narrative or something. Media always has a bias, but ... I continue to notice for articles on topics that I know for sure I know something about, factual errors, misleading assertions, missing but relevant facts. Worse, the seem to pick only the stories that appear to match what I'm assuming is their preferred narrative, and not reporting on anything that while probably factual and reported elsewhere, is ignored by the Times.

The BBC has been more obvious at doing this for a long time. Times has learned, I guess.

Accordingly, even though my wife buys a copy every day (for the time being), I scan it only and if I see much of the above, I simply toss the paper aside. In due course I'm sure we'll not be buying it anymore.

Takes time to change!

The worst thing people can do is arguing about test results. Everyone have to realize that these "tests" are not for viruses and that comes from Kary B. Mullins himself. Yes, the inventor of those RT-PCR tests himself said that these tests are not for viruses.

Another bad thing with arguing about test numbers is the fact that government does not care about the numbers. Like Matt Hancock said in clash with Julia Hartley-Brewer from talkRadio when challenged over graphs showing we are far away from the worst, Hancock replied: "That's not true!"

So explain me someone, if we have those tests, that are not binary ( not binary = not positive or negative ), which invetor himself said, that they are not for viruses and the government anyway says, that these numbers are not true ?! Why you people still feel that there is something important in those numbers ?! Or generally why we still even talk about these numbers ?!

Back in March SAGE recommended using the media to increase the sense of personal threat. It has certainly been successful in raising fear to grossly disproportionate levels. How long will reporters and editors continue to accept the government/SAGE narrative?

On testing, James Ferguson's article yesterday "Government Innumeracy" says it all. If only some mainstream journalists would pick it up and run with it. It concludes that 99% of current test positives are false.
