If I may act as devil's advocate, I think it could do with some verifiable biographical information (or a credible reason for not having any), otherwise people infected with BSTS will choose not to believe you're a doctor.
It would also be good to have some really solid academic references.
Much as I love Spiked myself, the inclusion of links to that will, again, be sufficient for some BSTS sufferers to dismiss it out of hand.
