Attached is the text from one NHS Trust saying your test was negative.
Save this to your phone in preparation to show it if required... It doesn't need to come from the covid app and no one can touch your phone to try and prove its genuine.
All you have to do is resave the image before you go out, so it's dated 'today'. Then if you go anywhere where a vaccine or test is needed and don't want either, you can say 'it just so happens that I got my test results earlier today'. Bingo.
