I believe Farage throwing his hat in the ring is a big ray of hope. This will send chills through the Tory party elite and hopefully gives us some hope for a return to some sort of rational normality.

I’m glad Farage has stepped in.

Covid based unrest could bring down Boris and there isn’t another contender.

He could mop up

Plan B? There is no plan B, there is just the likelihood of ever more lockdowns. The Welsh Govt has already said there will be a further ‘firebreak’ in February. That is the only solution the devolved or UK Govt appear to be able to come up with while we await the vaccine.

Plan B is anything other than the broken lockdowns. There are alternatives, like GBD for example.

Drakeford was interviewed on Radio 4 this morning. He suggested that the Welsh government may change tack. Relying less on government interventions like lockdowns, instead putting the focus on the individual Welsh people to make the right decisions and apply what they think are the right behaviours within a broad set of rules.
