I have recently joined a local go maskless group on telegram for my nearest town. Currently there are 50 members and it is slowly growing. I had already decided to stop wearing a mask but it was giving me anxiety the thought of confrontation so I was actually avoiding going to the shops. Since finding the group I have felt so empowered and now I feel totally ok about not wearing one, and it has strengthened my resolve never to wear one again. In the few shops I've been into I have been met only with smiles. I hope that carries on. The group have an arrangement every week to meet in a different shop for moral support. There is no meeting up per se, they just arrange to be in the shop at the same time, partly for support and partly to encourage others to part with their stinky old masks. I would strongly recommend starting up a similar group with local like minded people near where you live to try and build up the mask free movement!

I indulge in a little bit of civil disobedience every single time I go to the shops, I do not wear a muzzle and never will.

A simple "I have a medical exemption" is the magic talisman phrase, you enter and get on with your shop/life.

I've not had a problem - apart from one ignorant dindu nuffin security douche on Tesco doors couple of weeks ago but just ignored him and went in, plus some male Karen who asked me if I had a mask in a shop and he got told where to go.

I actually do have a valid medical reason for not wearing a muzzle but my personal private medical information is not of anyone else's business unless they are involved in my medical care. Not one of these idiots have the right to my private information.

There are inexpensive Plague Doctor Beak masks available on the internet for around £10-20 or so. If enough of us decided to wear these to go shopping on the same day it would certainly get noticed...
